Swagath Restaurant has closed in Edison and now Kesar Restaurant has opened in the same location at 1700 oak tree road. Kesar is a 5 star restaurant with fantastic Punjabi thali. We had a fantastic lunch at Kesar and it has been open only 3 months.

Not happy with the service, I went yesterday there was only two guys one cook and one server, service was very slow while only two customers was there in the restaurant.. I was not satisfied with the service, I think they have to hire more staff in order to improve services, otherwise food test was good. 3 star only for food .. 0 star for services

Egg pizza 5/5. Been coming here since 2 years. Never disappointed. If u don’t know what to order just take egg pizza medium spice.
Shocked about my experience. Food was mediocre at best. What really shocked me was the food was made with bare hands. No gloves were used by the chef and even the server who packed it, added the garnish with his bare hands. They have their ServSafe certificate displayed at the counter with the name Hiral Patel, but apparently it is just for the show and probably do not follow any standards. I would not ever go back and would not reccommend it to anyone either until they change their cooking hygiene habits and start using gloves.Sorry for the poor review, but just shocking during this day and age and we are barely out of Covid times.Another shocking thing is I actually tried the food, disappointed with myself for even trying it after seeing how it was prepared.Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options, but due to lack of hygiene in their cooking, I wouldn't recommend anything there. I hope they make a change for their sake and the safety of their customers.

Last week I went to Egg Hungers with a group of friends. We ordered 7 delicious dishes and had a delightful time. The portions were very generous and we left totally stuffed, AMAZING!! Very impressed with all the many different ways they were able to prepare the eggs. Bring the whole family! Try everything. Highly recommended. 10 STARSAn EGG-traordinary EGG-sperience!!

I don’t even like eggs, and I’m not a vegetarian but this was AMAAAZING. So flavorful & hearty, one portion could easily feed 2 people. We didn’t even take pictures cuz we ate so fast lol. I would come back here again and again. I’m gonna be thinking about this food nonstop LOL.
