Incredibly good. I had veal parmesan last night as I do every time my work brings me to New Jersey. Best I've had after going to about 5 different restaurants in the area. Very tender and perfectly seasoned and prepared.The bread was addicting since I had 6 pieces and the service was excellent. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name.This will be the go to place when we come to work up here from now on.

I grew up with my family's amazing Italian food, my friends hate going out for Italian food with me because I have such high expectations. Ferraro 1061 is one of the few places I truly love. Starting from their legendary salad - this is like the salad my mom put on the table for us, simple oil and vinegar, which brings back memories, but with the added touch of beautiful chunks of pungent cheese. It wants to be munched with some of their delicious little focaccia squares which are like little tender pillows of heaven. Speaking of those little squares, be sure to ask for the off-menu item of meatball sliders, little sandwiches of their amazing meatballs on those delectable little things. Yum! Look out for their weekend specials announced on Facebook every week. Tonight we went for the pork osso bucco with risotto, which was insanely good, and mozzarella en carozza, one of the best variations I've ever had with a nice eggy batter fried in a good quality oil. It tastes like something you would get at an Italian festival. Great place for all the traditional Italian-American dishes you would expect: parmigiana, a la vodka, marsala, francese, Sunday sauce, etc. And some great original dishes as well. Looking forward to the warmer weather when we can enjoy their great outdoor seating. Thanks for the great food and vibes!

We stopped at this restaurant on our way to the Pet Expo in Edison. Everything was outstanding. Warm bread was served along with a great salad. The chicken parm with pasta was great. I would definitely go back.
The owner is wonderful.. helped me a lot with coming up with the menu for my kid’s birthday party at the Slime Factory. All the suggestions were spot on- amount of food, drinks, dessert, types of food.. the food was a big hit. Kids and adults loved it. The delivery service was phenomenal. No hassle.. On time. Wonderful!!! If I can give this place more stars- I would. Thank you so much!!!

My calamari was same as another review had to throw away, hard,dried out and pizza was terrible, called to complain couldn't care less. Will not be returning. Pizza followed calamari into trash soon after tasting.
