Out of control staff running around yelling at each other, and what looked to be the manager was yelling at a customer too,, They are wayyy too hyper! I’m not sure if they think running around and almost nocking everything over is a sign of good customer service or not,, but I will say from a customers perspective, it was outrageous, & ridiculous, all that will most likely scare off any future customer's including me. Pizza was floppy and not crisp anyway, to the pizza delivery people, and anyone who works in that kitchen I am so sorry for you!! :( this review is like 2-3 weeks overdue needless to say I will not be returning..

Multiple times have ordered pizza. Pizza burnt and gross. During lent and pizza is burnt can’t even eat it.

Very much unsatisfied, staff told me he's going to put me out the restaurant if I don't answer him when asking a question, when I shake my head saying yes thats it i dont need anything else, very unprofessional to deal with a customer who is paying there money for there food, he then proceed to tell me not to come back to his restaurant and I surly wouldn't. I usually come to this pizzeria every week on my lunch break to support the business.

Food is fresh and good better than standard pizzeria fare by a factor of two. The place is clean and neat, although the atmosphere is a little dated - fresh out of the 90s. you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu and the service is top-notch.

Last time I ordered out from here I hooked the delivery man up and then opened the pie, the bottom was 50% black. I was eating the burnt residue from the oven. This left the pizza with the worst taste and smell. Complete waste of money.

We had a grandma pie delivered and the pie had a very odd after taste to it. Dont know whether it was the card board pizza box it was in or had some type of plastic taste to it. Very odd after taste. We ordered grandma pies here before multiple times but this pizza was the strangest tasting.

The owner needs to be aware that (some) employees are not following basic hygiene and infection control when handling food. We came here for the first time eager to try the pizza cause of the reviews. Unfortunately we left without even trying any pizza after witnessing how poorly the pizza was being handled. The guy handling the pizza was touching the pizza with his bare hands, no gloves, or at the least some tongs. After I questioned him about it his reply was “I’m the pizza man”. Unsure of whether he was handling money before hand or even washed his hands, we couldn’t risk it and left. Absolutely no consideration for basic infection control and proper food handling measures. Very disappointed!
