Just went to go get bubble tea yesterday and saw that the store is permanently closed. I'm not one to write reviews but this place definitely deserves one. I was going to Fusion Ti consistently for about 5 years and it really makes me sad to see that it will no longer be there anymore. My entire high school experience consisted of going to Fusion Ti weekly and many great memories have been made there.Their passionfruit green tea was the best one out there and it will always have a special place in my heart.

My wife is crazy about bobas and this place has a lot interesting options and we love the ambience there. The staff is quite friendly and quick in getting the orders through.

All the drinks we've tried have been good: my husband would recommend the Milk Teas and SlushesPersonally, I love the Lychee & Passion fruit Green Teas here (with Lychee Jelly)! I always order with half sugar, and it's perfectDo know that some flavors are not always "in-stock" - We've noticed this more with certain milk teas (not the fruit teas). But it's okay, because you can try something else that's delicious!

I used to love this place but I think they change the owner. Bussiness is terrible now. Came in on a Saturday at 7:00PM. And they said we closed. Online said 9:30pm. They also don’t have much options like before. Most of the items, they either don’t have it or sorry we ran out

Fusion ti is a great place ....bubble tea here are delicious and the prices are better than Woodbridge or Menlo Park mall which are over price.

Loved this place... Been going there for years. Would give them a 5, except for the fact that for MONTHS they have no working smoothie machine. After several times, a worker finally stated the owner doesn't want to fix it. WHAT?! So the owner does not want business?! I find that ridiculous. Sorry to say, I won't be going back anytime soon if I even try again.

I ordered a large mango milk tea with lychee jelly and she said with bubbles I said no lychee jelly and she didn't not tell me the price (even tho I know what it should cost but still) once she said my order was ready I saw it had bubbles and I didn't say anything, walked out tried it and it just taste sour maybe if she wasn't on the phone talking to a friend she might have made it right anyways I threw it out. I come all the time and this is my favorite place and I always recommend this place, I'm just upset and disappointed Monday, October 11, 2:30 PM

i wanted to go there today, but they closed 45 minutes earlier than usual with no note on the door or anything :( i love this place and the workers big i wish there would’ve been a notice or maybe even a note on the door but there wasn’t anything.

If you like bubble tea like I do, you will find Fusion Ti really interesting. They have a variety of options to choose from. Since I live in Edison, I have gone to several places and Fusion Ti is really good. Now, not sure if it is my luck but, from the three times I've been there, TWICE, they ran out of bubbles. The whole point of bubble tea are the bubbles! Today, I went in (no customers) and the attendant said to me "we only have a handful of bubbles and the next batch will be ready in around 45 minutes". If this issue is something "normal" for them, no wonder why every time I go they have no customers! They DO have a good product but if they ran out of bubbles... customers will go somewhere else.

Customer service is good but the bubble tea not so good. Even if you get a flavor, all the drink tastes like is either green tea or black tea with the tapioca. So I won’t be coming back here

They have some of the most unique drinks you could think of. My go-to is green apple bubble tea. The atmosphere is more of a summer time theme.

Today I walked in with my fiancé the store was completely empty. We stood there looking at the menu for some time and still nobody came out front. Finally after a few minutes we hear someone and the lady that was working there comes out. Totally disregards us and starts washing dishes then walks to the back again. I was there for more then 10 mins there's now other people waiting in line. I'm not complaining cause I was patiently waiting. We didn't order today cause I got the vibe that she didn't want to work cause I heard her slamming dishes around as we said we were there for sometime waiting with absolutely no help. So I'm writing that this place needs to hire people with better customer service
