I feel I was badly cheated today. Came there, asked for 1 scoop of ice cream, with sprinkles on top- no biggie, but when the woman told me $9 for 1 scoop, I choked, asked if they were sure it's $9, for 1 scoop... I mean it's not even handcrafted gelato, just a regular ice cream. Highly disappointed in their business model to rip of the people with kids.

way to expensive, other places have the same stuff for cheaper. Heck you can get their ice cream for cheaper at the store. almost 12 dollars for just a pumpkin spice milkshake is ridiculous.

They have a big menu board on the side with prices on them, but they will charge you way more than what's listed and then have some excuse or reason as to why you're paying more. And not to stay there and argue you pay because you already ordered. Horrible, when has a single cone with a scoop of ice cream cost 9 dollars? I can buy a pint for way less than that. Steer clear unless you want to be dupped.

I love Haagen Dazs ice cream but this outlet give very very small scoop and very expensive, staff behavior is not good. Never recommend this outlet.
