I love Haagen Dazs ice cream but this outlet give very very small scoop and very expensive, staff behavior is not good. Never recommend this outlet.

Worst customer service and bad quality of fruit. I ordered banana split and they gave rotten bananas in it and they demanded for tip. Service was very rude

I went to get my favorite flavor Pralines and Cream. It so was terrible I couldn’t even finish it! It tasted stale and full of freezer burn. I wound up throwing it out which is not like me. She also overcharged me! I ordered a small cup and a soft drink and she charged me $9. No receipt given and no prices shown. Definitely lost a long time customer!

Not worth going to. Way overpriced for at best average quality. Go to a local price or even Carvel anywhere else and get a better deal. Service was quick and friendly so that's why they get the extra star.

good ice cream but $11 for ice cream with sprinkles in a waffle bowl is absolutely ridiculous.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. All of the overcharging customers is still happening. I ordered 3 small cups and was charged $30. I didn't realize it until I got home and saw the receipt. Charged me for larges and additions. Its nice to have an ice cream shop for the food court but this place is ran by terrible people. Sadly nothing will happen and they will continue stealing from their customers for their mediocre ice cream. Shout out to Carvel and Dairy Queen for killin' it in the frozen cream domain!

Fan of Haggen daz. But this one was average. Not because of ice creams but the service and price ! Obviously being in mall , it’s crowded and very slow service . Still, we like to have a cone or cup ice cream ,.. or milk shakes ! Love their mango sherbet and chocolate ice creams . 3/5 ⭐️ is the maximum I can give :)

I ordered a milk shake and when I took a sip all I got was milk. Barely any ice cream.definitely will not order from there again.If you are going to get ice cream there right now, I strongly recommend you reconsider it.
