Recently bought a mixed fruit cake (pineapple, kiwi, strawberry). Paid a hefty $250. Half of the cake is cream and you can barely find fruits — some kiwi and then dried cherries. They also charge cash which they probably don’t pay taxes on. This place needs to shutdown for poor quality food and investigated for tax fraud.

Bakery timing is Incorrect. They close before 8pm itself and advertise the timing as 8.30 here and 9.on sign board outside the shop. Not professional at all

I have tried Hot breads in several PA locations and wanted to try this. Located inside a big strip mall, parking is tough, but you will get it. This is located with several other food places within the plaza; however this will contain unique options of pastries, bread varieties. I believe thats their specialty. Interior is well maintained and the cake demos kept are outstanding. There are tables present !! We ordered 6 pastries and as you try to select it is tough to locate in the flavors. The staff tried to mix it and then we requested the flavor description and got Mango, Blueberry, Strawberry, Black Forest, Pineapple and Butter scotch. Extraordinary flavors!! Service could be better as you need to figure out things on your own.

Very unhappy with the service. First they hurry you to get a cake there and when you haven’t decided they bill you and finally they don’t give a receipt. It happened twice to me that I felt they sold something before you could think. The kids say the cake is super soggy and the biggest suspicion is the quality may be messed up. Yet to try the cake

I usually buy the slice of cakes but they call it a pastry for my coworkers. They love the pastries. The staff could be a little bit more friendly with customers. They are usually on the phone or trying to be busy.

I usually don’t comment on Google Reviews but the cakes from this place are HORRIBLE. I genuinely haven’t tasted a worse baked good. How do you manage to mess up a simple cake? We bought many pastries to try for my birthday and it completely ruined the experience. The two cakes we bought were overly sweet and had thin wafers of cake and huge sheets of neon-colored cream. Maybe if you want to eat mouthfuls of pure buttercream and food dye you should eat at this place. AVOID THE DUBAI CHOCOLATE CUP BY ALL MEANS. We were looking forward to it, but they combine disgusting artificial pistachio flavoring into white chocolate and pour it over dry chocolate cake. Not at all what real Dubai Choolate is supposed to taste like🤮.

I recently visited this bakery in New Jersey with the hope of trying their bread, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I politely asked the owner about the ingredients in the bread—something I believe is a reasonable question, especially for those with dietary restrictions—he responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of simply explaining or kindly stating that the recipe is proprietary, he was unnecessarily curt and unprofessional. As a customer, I believe respect and basic courtesy should always be part of the service. Sadly, this interaction left a bad impression, and I won’t be returning.
