Very fast, attentive and friendly too. 👏👏👏 The fish soup broth was not enough, it's kinda hard to scoop off the soup to your bowl, they offered if you want more broth, but then less flavorful after they add with just the base broth without seasoning. Garlic shrimp was the highlight of the dinner. The gave us complementary drinks & desserts💖 Overall was good food, great service and good vibes. When you come here, Please tips the servers 20% or more as they worked really hard.

They offer a wide variety of dishes, from stir-fries to grilled fish, and it honestly felt like being transported back to China 🇨🇳😋. We ordered their signature grilled fish—the one that comes with tofu pudding. The flavor was rich and delicious 🔥. It was a bit on the oily side, and the fish meat was slightly firm, probably because it had been frozen. But overall, everything else was great and definitely worth trying! 👍

Fish-hater approved! I normally cannot handle fish because of the smell, but this restaurant totally changed my mind. They clean and cook the fish so well that I actually enjoyed eating it — no fishy smell at all, just really good flavor.
They also have a ton of other dishes and skewers that are amazing. If you’re ever in Edison, NJ, this is definitely a spot you need to check out. Highly recommended!

Food was ok, but compared to the price it’s definitely not worth it. It’s at most $50 per person with free drink for over $120. Additional plates for fish is half cooked and rice noodle is hard, where obviously they were rushing. Service is so so, though they refused to update the order just 1 minute after you place it claiming it’s changable. Parking is not too bad but not too easy to find either.

The food and service is great but the atmosphere was terrible my wife and I always frequent this place we are also FJ people and understand that the owner is also FJ Chinese so we always loved to support them but when I went here on Labor Day there was a table of 6 Chinese people who were VERY LOUD and also three of them were vaping which mind you is a strict no no in terms of the health department, not one time were they asked to lower their voices or to stop vaping. Had someone taken a video or picture evidence of them vaping inside a dine in restaurant the health department would have came down on their necks heavy the next day. Please be mindful of other customers and be more strict otherwise the experience will never be good.

I had dinner tonight at Hot Space Edison and it was my first time coming here. The look and the taste of the food were so good. Everything is made fresh and hot when the server brought it to my table. Restaurant is clean and the service is worth a 5 star. Definitely recommend this place!

The Hot Space Brooklyn location has always been my go-to. Most branches are pretty similar, but I’ve noticed the portion sizes here are smaller than other locations. The flavors are also a bit duller. The crawfish was fresh but a little too salty. What really stood out was the service, our waiter was so thoughtful and even offered us hair ties after seeing we ordered crawfish. Overall, compared to other locations, this one falls a bit short, but on its own, it’s still a solid spot and if you're in the area its definitely a must try.
