I had dinner tonight at Hot Space Edison and it was my first time coming here. The look and the taste of the food were so good. Everything is made fresh and hot when the server brought it to my table. Restaurant is clean and the service is worth a 5 star. Definitely recommend this place!

The Hot Space Brooklyn location has always been my go-to. Most branches are pretty similar, but I’ve noticed the portion sizes here are smaller than other locations. The flavors are also a bit duller. The crawfish was fresh but a little too salty. What really stood out was the service, our waiter was so thoughtful and even offered us hair ties after seeing we ordered crawfish. This restaurant has very good grill fish, you can select from a variety of sauces, and you can add in more meat or vegetables as you feel like. Fish is fresh and sauce is very delicious. The Chinese popular sliced beef and ox tongue is delicious. The BBQ beef is very tender. If you are in Edison, NJ, definitely worth to stop by to try.
