food was just really bad. i used to like this place. now its just below average. seafood they put in smelled so bad.
Cashier was so rude, I don't even know why I tipped. I regret tipping because what service was I even getting? I tried to get an extra chopstick and she FORGOT I ordered food there and denied me. But after I reminded her that I just ordered food with her 10 minutes ago, she gave me the extra chopstick.
I also asked for one of those plastic disposable container because my order had hot soup, and I wanted to portion out the soup, but I was just straight up denied with no reason. I come here often and they used to give me one - I guess cost of supplies is just that high now, and it's not like these materials are business expensed anyways.
Will never pre-tip anything anymore until I see the service. This has ruined the idea of tipping for me.
I went when around 2:30pm, wasn't even busy hours, and still got terrible service.
Food is great, which is the only reason I go. However, food takes forever so be ready to wait. Also, you are completely nickel and dimed for everything. They give you very few napkins, and if you ask for more, you get maybe one more tiny little sheet….then we asked for to go containers, they wanted to charge $1 each 🫠 Seriously???? I rather go to the food court in Lotte market (nearby) instead which serves the same food without the insane crowd.
Had to give this spot a review because some lady started yelling at them for not having something they don't carry. They don't have forks here, but they do have good food. Now, I wouldn't go to an Italian restaurant and start yelling at the servers for not carrying chopsticks, then insult them for having an Italian accent.
If you can handle spicy food and want something to keep you warm for the winter, I recommend the jjampong.
Sorry, I have a half eaten picture. I was too hungry. I had to pause to take a picture because I needed to tell you how good it is. Jam bong was filled with seafood and veggies, and tangsuyuk was perfectly fried with all cornstarch batter. Just the perfect korean-chinese dishes.
I just lov it!!!! Big portions and very tasty!!! Well done 💖💖💖
Food good, but they overcharge $10 dollar, my order $83.81 i put extra $10 for tip, and 2 days later they charge me $10 more and final $103.81 , no honest people
Recommend jjampong (#2 on menu; seafood noodle soup). I enjoyed the broth, noodles, veggies, and protein.
My friend got the jjajangmyun (#1; black bean noodle). I liked the noodles but not the sauce (sweet). I would come back for the champong…

Their Jjamppong, also known as spicy seafood soup noodle, is exceptionally delicious. It features a mix of shrimp, squid, mussels, and a variety of vegetables, creating a hearty and balanced meal. I highly recommend trying it!
