Every time I order a sandwich it’s inconsistent. I never know what I’m gonna get. Very little lettuce. Sometimes no salt and pepper. Oil and vinegar very skimpy. The most recent order was through DoorDash. no napkins in the bag. I have no salt, no pepper. It wasn’t even available on the app to ask for ground pepper. And you couldn’t even leave a note …. completely unsatisfied with the sandwich today. Elizabeth NJ location.

I was drop off to the fast food restaurant to try the Sandwich... I had ask for turkey and pastrami and didn't have pastrami...idk Smdh. So I just took turkey; the lady didn't make my sandwich right when I ate some of it ..I didn't like it and gave it to homeless person to eat and drove to subway... The cookie was very hard to eat.. I won't never eat from this restaurant.. The place look nice inside...

Who’s ever idea It was to hire a bunch of Spanish ladies ready to work deserves a raise. I’ve been to this location more than once and everytime I go it’s always clean the ladies are very professional and attentive. Constantly move around working. Sandwiches are good as well.

I got a turkey and cheese sandwich and it was so cold. I asked them to toast it or warm it up and they said they couldn’t. What kind of sandwich place has no microwave or oven to warm up a sandwich. Also the kids meal comes with a cookie, I asked to switch it for chips they said no then i asked to pay the difference for chips they said no, it should come with chips not a cookie who wants a sandwich with a cookie

Spent $40 today on 2 Giant Subs!!!! Asked them to be made a specific way, he even repeated the order back to me just to not make my sandwich correct. my cold sub was supposed to be mikes way yet there was no juice (oil/vinegar), i wanted extra there was NONE !!!! so imagine eating a dry sandwich. The philly steak was plain. no onions or peppers. total disappointment. Neither of the sandwiches were cut into 4 like they were supposed to be. Over all the sandwiches were a huge letdown. I definetly will NOT be visiting this location again !!!

Jersey Mike's in Elizabeth, New Jersey is a total letdown. I waited two hours for my sandwich, only to get the wrong one. I specifically asked for no onions and extra mayo, but instead, I got a sandwich with hardly any ham and cheese, loaded with pickles, tons of onions, and olive oil vinegar.
It was so frustrating! When I tried to talk to the manager about it, they were super rude and told me to leave. Waste of time and money. Honestly, it was the worst experience I've ever had.
I’d much rather go to the Secaucus location; at least the staff there is friendly and well-trained. Elizabeth could really learn a lot from Secaucus!

Since an hr before closing, they started tell customers that there are only serving cold items only. Cashier didn’t care, she didn’t even cut the sandwich all they way. I watched the cashier only cut the top layer of the sandwich. When I asked her, she told me she did cut it all the way.
