This was our first time trying Ramen so we have nothing else to compare it too. We saw this place had great reviews, and we both love soup so we gave it a try. I had the vegetable ramen and my husband had the beef ramen. We both thought our ramen soups were very good! Next time I’d like to try one of their Thai soups. Our waitress was nice, but she didn’t speak English well so it was hard for her to explain their various soups they had. We would definitely come again. I recommend Ji Bei Chuan in Edison!

Portion is really good. All braised ingredients are awesome. I’ll recommend the salt fried chicken from first visit and would definitely come back for another soup-based without chili oil.

I was absolutely blown away with how good the tonkatsu ramen was. Genuinely the best I've ever had - and the fried spring rolls were PERFECT! 10/10, If I lived here I would come back at least twice a week.

The noodle dishes are very average, but the appetizers are exceptional.
We got the beef udon and the beef mala noodle soup. The flavors of both were...fine. The noodles were overcooked and slightly mushy.
The appetizers, however, were delicious. The Salted Fried Chicken and the Spicy Beef Puff Pastry both tasted very good, and were worth a revisit.
The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. I would recommend this if you're interested in a quick few bites of appetizers. If you're interested in noodle dishes, look elsewhere.

Great noodles, we really love it. It's authentic Chinese food, and could be too spicy for some people. The good thing is that they can adjust the spices! The service is also really good, the waiter has a lot of patience to explain all the dishes to us!
