Brand New Owner ? This place used to be so basic in a good way (my all-time to-go rice noodle) but has transformed wonderfully due to new ownership. Edison finally has not only authentic, but exotic local Rice Noodle ?? If you love rice noodle but sick of eating same old thing, come and try their exciting, adventurous selection of food that will cure any problems in your life ??
The Fish Maw Chicken Soup was the highlight for me. It was super flavorful and comforting, like something you’d want on a cold day. The broth was rich, and the fish maw added this nice texture that made each bite interesting. Honestly, my biggest complaint is that the soup spoons were too small because I just wanted to get more of that delicious broth with each scoop! Edit: After trying it a few more times maybe the spoons are small for a reason. The soup doesn’t sit well...
We got two bowls of Fish Maw and Chicken Soup and the fish slices rice noodles in tomato soup. They are both really good and they taste really good! Food comes quick and services are good. The place is very clean. Food is definitely worth more than it costs! Recommend!
