We were driving by Joey's pretty late at night (9:15 pm) and saw that the lights were on. Everything in this area seems to close at 9 pm, so we called to ask if it was too late to dine in because being rushed out drives me crazy. The person who answered the phone, Chuck, said it wasn't too late to dine in, and they close when their customers are done eating. This was the best answer I could've heard...an old school answer. Everything was freshly prepared while we sat. The penne vodka was delicious, the shrimp francese was delicious, and the chicken francese was delicious. Even the chicken wings app was delicious. For a small unassuming place, the food was really wonderful. And, as a testament to the family friendliness of this place, without asking, Chuck put a kid's movie on their tv for our 8 tear old to watch. We'll definitely be going back. This place made us feel at home.

I think this is the best pizza in New Jersey. Went in randomly and ordered two pizzas. They were so friendly and welcoming! You can see the pizza being made in front of you. I took it back to my hotel to eat with my family and we loved it. Delicious! Will come back next time we are in the area.

Stopped in for a quick slice cause I was stopping for gas while on the road. The pizza crust is omg! Chefs kiss. Makes me miss this area. The gentleman serving was so kind to give me an extra slice. Super fast and fresh dinner on the go. If ever passing through I will return.

Pizza was sooo good! I’m vegan and I wasn’t sure what to expect. They loaded up the veggies on our pie. If you ask they have vegan cheese, it’s not listed on the menu. Crust was perfect. Staff was friendly. My husband and I will def be back.
Vegetarian options: Ask for the vegan cheese. We wanted cheeseless and they gave a generous amount of veggies on it.
