Dirty table, overflowing trash can, soda machine barely functional (no ice and only on the third try did I find a dispenser that worked). No coleslaw and 10 minute wait for food. Biscuit was very dry; chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes were OK; fries decent. Chicken meat was very good but the coating was bland. Would not recommend.

My family from out of state was visiting with their kids, super excited to get Jollibee for dinner & willing to wait an 1 hour + for the food delivery to get here only to be HUGELY DISAPPOINTED with a CANCELLATION after waiting for 2+ hours. Customer service wasn't really helpful or remorseful either when I tried to explain how disappointed the kids were & hungry they were waiting that long & it was too late to re-order at that point. Super disappointing.

There's a reason as to why Jollibee has won the award for America's favorite friend chicken two years in a row. It's so delicious! Don't skip the Korean BBQ fried chicken either... The PERFECT marriage of spicy and sweet. The spaghetti with hot dogs is good, and so is the adobo rice. I never thought I'd say that another place would replace the deliciousness of KFC's mashed potatoes and gravy, but Jollibee's gravy is on a completely different level. Follow everything up with a peach-mango pie or an ube pie.

Great food don’t get me wrong, but when I place an order at 7:00pm for 8:15pm, I shouldn’t have to be waiting beyond 9pm (closing time btw), for at this point cold chicken and spaghetti.
The chicken was not fresh. You can taste that it was fried in the oil that was used multiple times!!!! What a waste of money in this location! Stay away .. so sad that they do this and their quality sink to the bottom... The Philippines location are way better than this. Shame on you Jollibee
