This Jollibee was quite good a few months back. I noticed the service has slipped this past month. I ordered a 12 piece Chicken Joy Bucket and a Peach Mango Pie at the drive through. I waited 10 minutes on the side of the building for my order. Upon receiving my order, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at home and ate 3 pieces of chicken that day and decided to save the rest for later. Little did I know that I was only gave me 9 pieces of chicken instead of 12. Part of it was my fault, I should’ve checked. Perhaps this was an honest mistake, but can’t help but feel jipped.Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian options are the mashed potatoes, fries, and white rice
The only 2 times I've picked up food from here, there were items missing from my order..That aside, the food is fine. Always surprised at the quality of the chicken (in a good way).

Please don’t waste your time. The lady checking us out in the front was rude and didn’t want to be there. She gave a problem about everything single thing we ordered. Mind you it was a tender meal and a chicken sandwich meal? She said the chicken sandwich was a 20 min wait ?! There was nobody inside???? I don’t think they were prepped or care enough to want to make the sandwich. The drive through was also closed. She kept cutting us off during ordering our food because she wanted us to be done. She was ringing us up and I had to tell her we weren’t done?Again…. It was just two meals. The nasty attitude and lack of customer service isn’t needed. I don’t care how good the food was said to be, I won’t be returning. I’ve seen other comments about the service too. The fact too is that the owners or the managers probably won’t do anything to change and better the place. So just take this as a sign to not go. Food was okay. They messed up my chicken sandwich order and put Mayo anyways. They also said there was a wait on French fries?????? So we couldn’t get fries and they offer a PIE!!! A pie!!! Instead? What? Give me a proper side at least. We told them to give us mashed potatoes. Ridiculous. First and last time.

I am handicapped and they don’t answer the phone calls just to check if they have Spicy chicken in stock or not, so that I can save my trip to jollibee, I have tried so many times calling them but no one answers the phone calls. So pathetic, I just expect you guys to pick up the phone and let us know if you have SPICY chicken in stock or not that’s it. Answer the call and Say yes or no that’s it, if it’s available we can come or else no. Never ever answers the phone calls. Please answer the phone calls and reply if spicy chicken is in stock or no.Thank you.

This is the only Jollibee in NJ and we sure love it. Even tho sometimes the taste can be a hit or miss from the OG taste esp when comparing it with the ones in NYC that always taste the same as that of the Philippines.

Good chicken. Love their spicy chicken. Their service messed up and had me waiting 30 minutes. And if I didn't go up asking about my order who knows how long I would've waited. No apology or anything. Disappointed in the service.
So everyone got a bag with handles except me when I asked for one only because it was raining outside and I ordered 38.00 worth of food the cashier uttered something under her breath. Upon receiving my food, I said thank you, and being that the young lady didn't reply, I repeated myself. She just looked at me as if I were stupid. The food was good but I don't do bad service.
Worst location of all the ones in NJ, 20 mins wait for just chicken.

To got the 6 piece bucket and it was absolutely disgusting. I took one bite and pure grease poured directly into my mouth. Same with the peach pie which also had little flavor too. The peach flavor was very one note and lacked sweetness, salt, and depth of flavor..I put everything directly into the trash. I have been wanting to go here for years and never pass by in time. What a waste of 20 plus dollars.
