VERY LOUD I thought it was going to be live music, but it was a DJ playing loud dance music and calling out drink specials. That didn't fit the crowd they had at all and made talking hard to impossible. The food was good enough though maybe a bit overpriced.

Food and Service here are always top notch! Every dish is tasty and made to perfection. The drinks? Well.... Delicious! The staff, managers and host always makes it pleasurable. Thank you!

Food was amazing. I definitely recommend if your feeling like Spanish food is your top choice for dinner. The food was fresh and didn't have any problems at all. The waitress was amazing and super nice. The music will have you dancing in your seat.

The staff was great, but the wait time was over an hour with our reservation. It was more like a walk in since they were accepting walk in with a two hour wait tme. The people that walk iin left their cell numbers, which notified them in two hours. This created a backlog with the people with reservation. Last year we made reservations with no wait. This was very frustrating especially on Mother's day. I will not be coming back for Mother's day.

This is not a place to go when they have events or on a holiday. They overbook their reservations and have you waiting for over an hour. Aside from that, the food is really good but I just wish their service reflected that 24/7.

What a surprise to find a legitimate restaurant hidden behind the Mall Food Court! I had the crab cakes, which were delicious. The rest of the family had more typical Latin dishes, which looked mouth-watering. The service was attentive and responsive. The atmosphere was vibrant. A live band was setting up, which likely means a festive Sunday! So glad to have delicious Latin non-Mexican food in Middlesex County. The Celia Cruz mural really touched my heart. My mother and father would have loved this place.

Normally our go to and we are never disappointed, but I think our waitress was overwhelmed and it showed. We had literally just sat down, were still putting our coats on the chair and she wanted our drink/appitizer order. Asked for a few minutes and we didn't see her again for 15 minutes. She proceeded to take orders for people that came in after us. We had to go up to the bar to get straws because we couldn't flag her down.

Havana Central was a lovely place to eat. Lots of energy in the atmosphere. The music is upbeat. Looking at other patrons enjoying the food and laughing. It was also very clean. The hostess even apologized for the table being a little wet due to wiping it down. To me, no big deal. The cleanliness was on point. The food was outstanding. Service was good. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Good place to get Cuban food.

I'm a return patron, I really enjoy coming here. This time I brought my daughter and she too was very pleased with the ambiance, food and especially our server. I highly recommend this “gem” of a restaurant. Thanks again for making our mother/daughter lunch date a memorable experience. I'll be back again, all the way from Pennsylvania.

Food tasted great but portions were significantly smaller than in the past. $30 for the oxtail special and there were only 3 pieces of oxtail into he whole dish. Server was nice but inattentive. Would have appreciated if she checked on us more. But she was nice and made good recommendations.

Went during their free entree promotion with a paid entree for club members. It was well done and they had oxtails as their specials which was excellent. Not a fan of their choice of plates for their skirt steak (too restrictive a plate size) but it was well prepared.

The manager was awesome, and on her own provided a birthday flan and hat for my sister in law, after hearing it was her birthday! Our waitress Alina was fantastic! We will be back!

Visited for my husband's birthday yesterday, we ordered the empanadas one of each they were all delicious. My husband had the churrasco (skirt steak), my daughter had salmon and shrimp, my boys and I had the tour of Havana which brings chicken rinds (chicharrón de pollo), roast pernil (pernil asado) and shredded beef (ropa vieja). Accompanied by white rice or yellow with amazing black beans. I had the rum flight with 4 delicious mixed drinks. They surprised my husband a flan and gave him fadora amd sand happy birthday. The desserts were so delicious. As a Miami native 10/10

Janice the manager was excellent in solving a problem and misunderstanding of our server. Still food came out out of order and honestly quality is just Ok . I will go to our Pvt owned Cuban restaurants in the area for better quality food at same price. Honestly 10 dollars for a bowl of chips and a Ramekin of guacamole was excessive. At end of night after problem with order resolved the itemized check was incorrect and needed to get that fixed too. Frustrated better small local Cuban places if that is what you're looking for.

The food is great and so is the atmosphere, but we went on a Friday night and the DJ was so loud that we could not even talk. If you want a nice restaurant where you can have a conversation at your table, this is NOT the place for you.
