Love Kaito! Every drink I've tried has been amazing, every time I go I have to get something new because of how good they are. The staff are nice and helpful. I wish they had more vegetarian friendly food but the drinks and food are still amazing.

Look at the reply from this shop 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️— it’s full of lies and false accusations. I didn’t even call your shop. Unfortunately, this is how the business chooses to handle negative reviews. Instead of taking responsibility, learning from feedback, and working to improve customer satisfaction, they resort to blame and dishonesty. I will never return, and I’ll advise my friends and family to stay away as well.
UPDATED REVIEW: June 10, 2025 I had my own experience and left an honest review, but after reading another reviewer’s story — where they said the shop actually called them and threatened them over a 1-star Google review, even mentioning their name and home address — I’m seriously alarmed. it’s unacceptable. That kind of behavior is a real threat to the community and raises major safety and privacy concerns. Shame on you guys
