Honestly one of the worst places I have eaten in Edison so far.
First of all, the employees are all extremely rude (I even saw one with a vape in their hands over the ice cream, completely unprofessional.)
This is hardly my concern or issue. Everytime I go to use the bathroom there seems to be some… “sanitary” and “hygiene” issues in there. Completely unpleasant, especially when I’m just trying to enjoy the food and company of my friends.

Very disappointing experience. We came here as a treat for my child, and unfortunately it turned into a letdown. The portion of bubbles/toppings was extremely small—clearly measured down to the last few cents.
Being stingy over such a tiny amount is unnecessary, especially at a place meant to bring joy to kids. My child noticed right away and was genuinely disappointed. For the price paid, we expected a more generous and welcoming experience.

Love Kaito! Every drink I've tried has been amazing, every time I go I have to get something new because of how good they are. The staff are nice and helpful. I wish they had more vegetarian friendly food but the drinks and food are still amazing.
