I love this place! It's hard to find a bubble tea place that has actual meals, bubble teas, and desserts! And all of them are delicious. Plus, there is a HUGE variety of drinks; something for everyone. For actual food, I definitely recommend the Bulgogi Kaito Cup. It's so delicious!Tere's a lot of seating and free Wi-Fi, making it perfect for remote work or school work. I love to come by and listen to an audiobook while I work on things. The staff are also very friendly and always get your order right! I have only had great experiences here. And finally, the claw machines by the entrance are a super fun bonus.This is my partner and I's go-to when we want to have a bubble tea date.Parking: Shares parking lot with a ShopRite and other small stores. There is plenty of parking on pretty much any day. There are about 4 disabled spots in the direct vicinity of Kaito.Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance is not a disabled access door, but there are no stairs, a very close curb cut, and close disabled parking. The inside is level with plenty of space to navigate a wheelchair. There are many tables where you can simply park your wheelchair instead of needing to transfer to a sitting chair or a booth. The staff will bring you your food or drinks if you let them know you need help. I have not tried the bathrooms, so maybe call beforehand if you think you will need one.

I visited this area to see a friend a few times. We’ve come here about different 4 times. The restaurant is always clean and bright. Staff are always friendly and service is fast. Love the anime atmosphere and the constant anime streaming on the tv. I’m a bit new to boba tea but I tried their Ube Taro boba float and I can’t stop thinking about it. I wish I would have gotten it a second time.

There’s definitely lots of “similar” places in the area to choose from, but this place has definitely earned a visit back in my book! Happened to be in the plaza with my partner and stopped in. We ordered a brown sugar boba float and a taro kaito bucket. Both have great flavor and aren’t overly sweet! We also got tokens for some of the games near the front. I’m usually hesitant since many similar claw style games cost a lot and often have claws that wouldn’t even pick up a feather lol. However, I left feeling happy like a little kid with a Charmander and Pikachu in hand too! On top of all that, the staff were very chill and welcoming, which is nice compared to some other spots. Hubby and I came by on a Saturday at around 2 pm and the place wasn't too busy except for some UberEats orders. I had iced rose milk tea with bubbles and it had lots of flavor. Hubby had the taro slush, which I also liked - lots of taro flavor. You can choose your sweetness level. We both did 0% and it was already sweet enough for us so you might want to start lower rather than higher. They also have a lot of different toppings you can choose from, and milk alternatives.Will definitely be back for more drinks!

Might be in my Top 5 Boba of all time. No joke. Edison has tons of bubble tea places, but this place stands out. The tea tastes high quality and the boba balls are cooked to perfection. I judge all my boba places by the firmness of the balls. Don't want them too soft or too hard - need that perfect balance, just like pasta. The interior is also pretty cool and spacious, nice spot for a date or hangout.

I love their Jasmine milk tea. One of the most fragrant ones I’ve had and the bbq chicken cup was amazing!! I’d eat that everyday if I could. The employees were also really nice. I would definitely recommend this store!!
