Recent Reviews
Most Indian restaurants have a lunch and/ or Dinner buffet and this place is no exception. The difference is that Karaikudi has authentic North Indian cuisine. The kind that makes your mouth tingle with spicy goodness... The selection changes every day with the exception of a few staples (daal, various chutneys, etc.). The only drawback to this restaurant is that they're closed Mondays... But, hey, everyone deserves a break!

i went for a business lunch when it was relatively quiet for the buffet. but the items were good, especially the chicken 'lollipop' and the lamb curry, along with the egg biriyani. it was better than i expected, and milder. didn't find the real chettinad items like the kuzhi paniyaram etc but i suspect that's on the menu, which we didn't opt for, instead going for the buffet. service was quite good. don't know how much it cost, as my host paid. but...

Not easy to find. Service is not good. Ambient. This place doesn't even have napkins or paper under plates. It might need some more upgrades to the place and managment as well.
