Good food but could be better (in comparison to other Indian restaurants in the area). The garlic naan was really good but some of the veggies (bhindi masala) could be better.

We decided to try this after redeeming survey points to get a Restaurant.com gift certificate. While the food was decent & our server was very nice & helpful (she was able to recommend a dish for me, as I like to try something different each time I have Indian food), I wasn't happy to see that the flatware & cups were all plastic. That is the reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars. I must say that I do appreciate that the kitchen used for meat dishes is separate from the vegetarian dishes.

The restaurant is small, in a strip mall, and probably does a lot of take out, but there are about 8 or 9 tables. You can seat yourself. My husband and I shared the samosas which were crispy and delicious. We both ordered the chicken biryani, his mild and mine medium. The chicken was tender and well spiced along with the rice, Plenty of food in our order. We usually only drink water, which is always on the table. The only thing I wish they had was real cutlery. It was difficult to cut the samosas with the plastic utensils.

My friend had arrived from Pittsburgh and we were researching on some Indian restaurants to take her to,in Edison that served veg and non veg . We finally narrowed down on Bombay Spice 2. When we got there it was busy but they did find a table for us. The menu has a great variety. My friend ordered for a non veg Thali which she said was very good. The service can be a little slow as they do a lot of takeouts, but its tolerable. The samosas were nice sized and came out fresh. the pricing is moderate , the service came with a smile,and the butter chicken was great.

Made a huge mistake on online food order today! I ordered Paneer Makhani with 2 butter naan. Paneer Makhani was horrible as soon as I open container was looks like some color added in water (it was watery grevy) and had only 6-7 paneer cubes. I have never seen this kind of curry in my entire life. I literally throw it out in garage. And they charged me $12.99 (which other restaurants charges almost same price but they give you great food quality and quantity) it was also very small quantity. Please be careful before you order food on these place please check some reviews that I think I made big mistake I saw lots of bad reviews for this place. I would never order or recommend this place to anyone.
