One of the best pure veg restaurants in Edison, NJ. We eat at Kesar regularly (8 times in a month). The food is excellent and the staff is great. The best part is the pure veg menu.
Definitely a must try if you haven't. I cant find any negatives to be honest. This is how food should be. Food is well balanced taste wise, spice level, well cooked, nice and warm as it should be served always. Someone who was visiting jersey from out of state, in his own words as well, he described the food to be very 'homely' and enjoyed it. That should say it all.
