Chosen as a celebratory gathering place for a group of 20, Keum Ho met all the necessary expectations.
Varied menu allowed every member of the party to be pleased, and food quality and prep tasty and spot on.
The service was accomodating and friendly, and on an individual level we wouldn't hesitate to return.

As a blind customer, certain setups—like Korean BBQ grills at the table—can be challenging to navigate. I asked the server for some assistance but found her response curt. Later, she misunderstood a conversation I was having with my friend and reacted defensively. Overall, the interaction suggested a need for improved customer service training.

Beef combo is good. Banchan has a wide variety and mostly good. Some items were very salty or very sweet though. Steamed egg is yum!

Atmosphere needs a refresh. A bit gritty which usually doesn’t bother me much but this definitely needs some freshening of decor.

Service was good in terms of getting our BBq cooked for us. I found the charcoal placing and removing a bit dangerous as there’s no warning and I felt an accident was waiting...
