My First impressions, The place smell and look like a public bathroom. Not very inviting. Ordered a taro Milk tea, had to pay $0.80 more bc I wanted it warm.

This was the first bubble tea store I went to. It has a good selection of drinks and a cozy interior. Great spot to spend a few hours with friends. They could work on their ambience by offering games and snacks as other shops in the area have these as well which make for a better experience

I like the tea, and the atmosphere. it’s just uncomfortable, when the workers stare at you at times.

Ordered bubble green tea with no milk and light sugar. Taste of tea was bitter comparing to the same product from other KFT stores ( and I have been to a dozen stores in NJ and NY).

My favorite taro bubble tea. Great seating and fast service. My favorite place to get boba.

The drinks are consistent from store to store, the woman at checkout help me set up the app, there are a lot of people in the parking lot visiting H Mart who also come to Kung Fu Tea. It is a hotspot sometimes, great location.

I came here on August 29th, as a regular here, i’ve never had a bad experience, but today I ordered a Pikmin slush which is supposed to come with mango popping pearls, I received my order and realized it had no mango boba, when I went back to ask if it was supposed to be included, the cashier told me “yes, we actually ran out” which is fine, but instead of offering another topping or an apology she just left it at that. I usually don’t give negative ratings but the lack of communication is shocking and the workers aren’t very friendly.

My friend and ordered the Pikmin tea slushie and it was delicious, our order was served promptly and while they had run out of the straws from the promotion (ones with flowers), the staff was still nice enough to double check! Will definitely be back!

I always go to this kung fu tea as my local bubble tea place. I always go there 1 once a week and i start to realize the decline in service. The staff slowly start to treat customers not as great as they where before. This decline of service has started to be a habit as I realized for about 2 months. I will always be at the take out spot and the employees look at me when they are in their conversation and then turn back and continue there chat. I have to wait 3-5 minutes until a completely random employee walks out of the buildings little room then asap gives me my drink. This employee now always gives my drink when other staff at the cash register still talk to each other.

The green tea tends to be over steeped, quite bitter. The other drinks are fine. They also go light on the sugar

Their app is so beyond broken, and the management of the store is impossible. The store advertises promos, they tell me to go on the app to claim the promo, but those offers aren't there even when I've updated it.Management tells me I'm SOL because their own system doesn't have the offer and they can't do it because the store owner will have a fit if they are missing inventory that the app and their own point of sale system doesn't have. The easiest way to probably avoid confusion is probably not advertise the promos! I think I solved a pretty simple problem. If only Kung Fu Tea would, you know, give transparency.
