We went to Kwality Ice Cream at 9:45PM, well within their posted hours (they close at 10 PM), but they refused to let us in. If you’re going to turn away customers 15 minutes before closing, maybe update your hours to reflect that. It’s frustrating to make the effort to come and support a business only to be turned away early. Not a great way to treat customers.

This was almost a every week place to my family for past few years...it has gone from a place where people were treated better...now it's almost like going to a free distribution place...overpriced ice cream,additional 3.5% for card,if you give cash...that also is not taken properly they will find reasons to make you pay 3.5 %....
Every other store on that strip of shops welcomes people with a smile except this place...
Having issue with taking cash also is heights of.....

They claim to have "home made" ice cream, but it's hard to believe, which home uses corn syrup and other stabilizer chemicals listed. Also which premium product uses corn syrup instead of actual sugar.
