I have a service dog that I take everywhere with be it at a restaurant ,hotel , shopping . Today I stopped to get some bagels at this place . Soon as I entered the guy started yelling and screaming . Saying that no dogs are allowed I told him it’s a service dog .That he needs to educate himself , but he was rude and obnoxious . I left and went else where . I wish I can give a minus one .

I came to get a sandwich at 1:30 pm and the place closes at 3 pm. I ask if they’re open since someone was mopping the floor and they said that the grill was closed. And the guy asks very rudely, “what do you want?” And I ask if they have a blt and with no answer, he continues mopping and starts mumbling to himself and ignores me. Never coming here ever again and based off the reviews you shouldn’t either.

Worst attitude I've ever dealt with from a bagel place. The guy cooking and also the one who answers the phone act like you owe them something for trying to order a bagel. Very piss poor customer service and the sandwich is always inconsistent. Super duper deli which is right down the street is million times better with great people and customer service

These people couldn’t get your order straight, if you put a gun to their heads!!!! Overpriced for food that’s less than mediocre. I even saw a man removing brown bags filled with bagels out of his trunk and placing them on the floor outside. About to bring them inside to sell. Unbelievable. When I called to speak to a manager, I was told there was none. So I asked when will he/she be there. Not one straight answer. Time to cancel this place. Zero stars.
