Wow! One of the best bagels Iāve had. Theyāre the perfect combination of soft and chewy even when toasted. Their cream cheese was generous and good quality. The coffee was smooth and paired perfectly with the bagel.
Iām bummed I hadnāt gone to this place after years of passing it. Keep it up guys.

This morning I wasnāt able to provided a service today but within the half an hour of being at this facility I am able to leave this review. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and as I came in I approached the man at the front announcing my name and that I ordered online. As Iām waiting for my order the time became a lot more lengthy so I stepped out for a few seconds and went back in. I had other places to be such as work and I politely ask the man if I can cancel my order as it was taking too long. He then proceeds to announce āuhhh we actually didnāt get an order.ā Turns out I ordered to the wrong location, no biggie accidents happen. I said to him so Iām standing here waiting for an order and you were not gonna announce that you guys did not receive my order. I donāt know if this guy was shy so Iāll give him grace but then you should not be in the front line of the store. The fact that the guy didnāt have the common decency to communicate that my order was not received at that specific facility even while I stood there for over half an hour is absurd. Iām glad I didnāt have any transaction here this morning and I will not be coming back to the facility again. Meanwhile I called Manhattan bagelās Bridgewater location in which they easily helped me with getting a refund.
