Told them “plain” for my mcdouble. Received it lathered in ketchup. I’m allergic to tomatoes. Thanks. It’s not even worth trying to go to this location after 5pm. Almost none of the workers can effectively communicate in english, and the ones who do are standoffish. I was given the wrong order twice before receiving food not made to my instructions. And this happens almost every time I go here at night, because the GOOD workers go home.

One of the worst McDonalds I've had in awhile. ANCIENT fries and nuggets. Remember how bad you used to tolerate McDonalds being when it was $1/burger? Now its $4 for a even LOWER quality burger, and $5 for fries fried hours ago. You cant charge this much if you're not going to provide fresh food. Ill go to chick-fil-a or anyone else treating me with the slightest decency

I’ve been here for a while, and so far, I got lucky not having rude employees, like the other reviews said. Fries is VERY GOOD, and even though the fill-up your soda machine thingy was kinda dirty, I still like this place! (For now…) Eh, it’s the closest McDonald’s I can get to.

The place is pretty comfy and clean. They provide great service. The employees are pretty nice and friendly.
m extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. My friend, who has a stuttering problem, called to place an order, and instead of being patient or understanding, the employees rudely hung up on her before she even had a chance to speak. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Everyone deserves respect, regardless of how they communicate. I hope management addresses this issue and trains their staff to treat all customers with kindness. Until then, I won’t be coming back.

I forgot who was the manager tonight at this location but she was unbelievable! Very charismatic and charming! A very hard working and good person! She answered all my questions and even went above and beyond to give the best customer service ever!
