My wife and I both became ill shortly after eating; as it was the only food we’d eaten all day, we’re sure the pudding was the cause. We ended up having to throw away our takeout order to stay safe. We wanted to alert you so that you can look into your preparation SOPs and check the quality of your recent batches. Aside two tofu puddings we ate at the restaurant, our takeout orders were two tofu pudding, one tofu with other ingredients, two grass jelly soup with some ingredients.

I stopped by Meet Fresh and honestly had such a good experience. Their taro balls and taro paste were my favorite. I loved that the dessert wasn’t too sweet, just perfectly balanced and easy to enjoy. Definitely a spot I’d go back to!

I waited about 20 minutes for my black sugar boba milk tea which was definitely way too long. However, the drink did not disappoint and the employees adhered to my 50% sugar customization. The cost was pretty typical and the taste was as expected. One store away is Heytea where the wait time is often 1hr+ and both Meet Fresh and especially Icy Melon have lost a lot of customers to them recently. Meet Fresh also has some great shaved ice and other desserts so it’s definitely worth it to check them out if you’re here in Festival Plaza. Highly recommend!

Ordered a $9 chocolate bubble waffle and the waffle was hollow. Inside was not cake like but instead, raw batter. The staff was nice enough to remake it and we decided to change it to regular hoping different batter different results. The original is worst. No egg flavor, same thing, hollow. If you have ever had an egg waffle you'll know it's thick and fluffy cake inside. This one resembles a mochi waffle but with no mochi. Just raw batter. Absolutely, not worth $9. Do not recommend nor would I order this again. Disappointing!

The Mango & Orange Green Tea tastes like watered down orange juice. It's not sweet or citrusy. It's just water and a hint of citrus. This might be the worst Meet Fresh I've been to that it prompted to write about it. I'm in shock at how terrible that was.

The wait was very long although there was almost nobody in the store. I got the Ube boba and it tasted very weird, and I couldn’t even finish it. I also got their “signature dish,” it was awful. The jelly didn’t taste good at all.
This is the place you will think of when you want to have dessert, it is delicious and makes you feel happy.

I love a different and new experience! When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. They had so many dessert and treat options and Chloe helped me and she was nice. I went with the:
- Mango & Passion Fruit Green tea - Chocolate deluxe egg waffle - Boba tofu pudding - Black sugar Boba milky shaved ice
I really enjoyed the Chocolate deluxe Egg waffle. The waffle didn't get super hard like I have experienced before. Everything was very good and I had a good experience!
