Not good at all. The grill cheese was like 1 slice. It was overdone and nasty. There was absolutely no line so I should’ve known. The chicken tenders we a large portion but almost tasteless.

Nope...not again. Ordered DD and came sloppy with no utensils. Barely any sauce bit I didn't like the taste anyway. Fries were soggy and gross.

We ordered from this place first through doordash because it popped up as Crispy Chicken Shop and it looked really good! We placed our order, and it said it would be an hr wait (not the issue). After 45 - 50min we get a notification that the order was cancelled. Bummer but no big deal. Determined to try this place, we set up an order on GrubHub. Again, another 1hr wait (still not the issue) the order arrived on time however only three of the six items we ordered arrived, now we're angry because we just waited 2hrs for half of what we paid for. Luckily grubhub did refund us for the missing items. The service and lack of attention by staff along with the price of the items is not worth it in my opinion. I wouldn't even bother going to this place in person.

I’m a mall employee and I’ve gotten food on my break here a handful of times. The food is great but I don’t order here often because their wait time is unpredictable. Most recently I ordered several minutes before leaving for my break, and then spent my entire break waiting for my food to be ready. It’s unacceptable to watch other people order in person and leave with their food 5 minutes later while standing there waiting for 20+ minutes and taking up my entire break time just to wait for my food. To add insult to injury, after receiving my food once my break was completely over, I got back to my store to find that my BACON avocado ranch sandwich had no bacon on it.

The menu has a lot of unique items. I had the grilled Chipotle salad which was very good and very filling. The staff was very friendly however the wait was beyond ridiculous. We waited over half an hour for our food, not good when you're on your lunch break.

The best way I can describe Melt Shop is this: the food you see in commercials is usually photoshop and dolled up to look as good as possible. Go look at a Mcdonalds ad for a big mac then go get one, they look completely different. Every time i've gone here, maybe 5 or 6 times, the chicken sandwich literally looks like it should be in an ad. This place is amazing, although it is VERY greasy so be prepared.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. There was a broken metal foreign object I found in my sandwich that I ordered on door dash. Clearly, they have NO concern for food safety. BEWARE!

Absolutely loved the Korean chicken with fries we ordered. If you prefer your chicken being absolutely soft and juicy, this is a must visit. The service here is also pretty quick.

This place is not good for food because I order the food around 12 pm today after 5 minutes I call to the restaurant to re-informed the order then they put me on hold 25 min just to re-informed the order , so the lady who’s working on the counter that time she was informed that order already delivered at location, then I’m waiting for food to delivery but I don’t receive the food delivery after that I call again back to the restaurant asking about food, which I order online but this time when I spoke with Manager she asking about the food order so I was reconfirmed the order then she was in the system ever while she put me on hold after that she was informed me that they don’t receive any order under the name Tiffany Andrickson...

I love the burger melt with cheese tots from here it a bit expensive but it's also pretty good, They make it fresh in front of you which is always a plus in my book

I had lunch at 1:30pm yesterday at the mall. I did have a flat bread pizza from Panera bread as the main entree, but I tried the kids' mac & cheese because I wanted to try it PLAIN, so they gave me the kids' mac & cheese so I can try it. Lemme tell you, their Mac & cheese from Melt Shop gone mess around and put Popeyes and Chick-fil-A out of business.
