Wow! Firstly, very lovely first impression walking in and being seated. I am a big fan of the robin-egg colored tableware and the Miniso Dundun chicken timers lol. The place felt very clean and fresh, upon arriving.
Food: The broth was extremely rich and flavorful! Genuinely tasted like it was prepared for a long time (10 hours) just like they advertise! It tasted very savory and it pairs well with the chicken and the other sides! The fish maw white fungus, chinese yam, pumpkin, and hand pulled noodles were all very fresh and high quality. I personally loved how chewy the noodles were after cooking it!
Our order was 2 servings it felt like a reasonable price. Definitely satisfied with the portion size given that we felt pretty full afterwards.
Service felt very welcoming and friendly.
I would totally recommend giving this place a try!

Very disappointing experience. Not first time going there but this time found several black flies in our pot. The staff acted like it was not a big deal and look like we were just looking for compensation or some kind of benefit
The solution is offered was a 15% discount. We still left a 10% tip because the server herself was kind and did her best

Hubby is a big fan of hot pot and this is one of the joint that we really appreciated. We went for dinner with friends on a weekend over 2 months ago (late post 😅) and had a very enjoyable hotpot dinner. It was a busy night and thankfully my friend made reservation and we were seated quite promptly. Inside is bright and clean with lively music playing in the background. Pretty chill vibe and our server was friendly and attentive. Fresh, quality food and ingredients. The six of us tried the Chicken & Coconut Soup Base, and the Fish Maw Soup Base. Both were good and the Fish Maw was absolutely delicious!
