Came to visit a friend in NJ, they suggested this hot pot place, the soup was thick and flavorful but during our meal we ordered a chicken appetizer dish which was not available for a while per the cashier, however we were still billed for the appetizer and never gotten the dish. They were great to took it off our bill but kinda shouldn’t had it happened. Over all the food was great but the portion could have been more. We had the beef and few other dishes the most memorable...
Skip the lunch special and go for their regular dinner menu next time. Their lunch special beef is pathetic for someone who says it’s A5. The all you can eat vegetables included are cheap inexpensive things like nappa cabbage and potato. Don’t make the mistake we made where the first soup is the chicken soup base, everything after they pour into is diluted watery down stock that looses the chicken essence they advertise to cook for over 10 hours. I feel completely scammed...
This restaurant is very clean and classy, and the food is also very delicious. The service is very attentive, the fish maw chicken is tender and the soup is authentic. I have been here several times.
