Randomly found this place after food shopping one night and its officially our fav spot ! They open late til 1230am ! Jay and his staff members are very welcoming and friendly. Told us their special dishes and what to come back to try next time! We got their green peppercorn broth with snakehead fish recommended by Jay and boy it hit the spot! U can add on toppings and it comes with rice! We enjoyed it so much we are already planning our next late night visit and plan to take the fam here!

Food was amazing. We got the sauerkraut fish soup with the crispy fish and it was the perfect meal. James was also very helpful and attentive.

Went today with my mom for the first time, to try out their dishes. She ordered the golden sauerkraut fish but I like spice so I ordered the Malatang, Mala, Medium spice.
It was so delicious! I added bok choy, soft tofu, flounder, pork sausage, mung bean noodles. The spicy soup base was HOT and deep, flavorful and absolutely delicious. I haven't had really good szechuan flavors like that in a while. Next time I think i'll skip the pork sausage and do double fish.
The only bad thing is that it doesnt come with rice!! How can anyone eat that without rice?? So then of course you order rice which is like $4 extra (that's a bit criminal).

I had such a great experience here! The fish was incredibly fresh, tender, and flavorful—easily some of the best I’ve had in a long time. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into the food. Everything was prepared beautifully, and it made for a delicious meal. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for truly fresh fish and excellent service!

The food at Nai Brother in Edison was absolutely incredible! I tried both the sauerkraut fish and the tomato fish, and they were both fantastic. The fish was so tender, and the broths were packed with flavor—the sauerkraut broth was tangy and savory, while the tomato broth was rich and delicious. The portions were very generous, and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend a visit!

The menu looked authentic and non traditional Chinese American food, so gave it a go. Ordered crispy salt pepper fish which was flavorful and balanced. Mapo tofu and fish dumplings. My friend ordered a dry pot and chose a variety of meats and shellfish and noodles. Tasty! Complimentary drinks from the owner who engaged in insightful conversation. When I’m in the area again, will try other options. Food and service was A+.

Wow!! We couldn't decide what to have, so we had a whole bunch of different dishes. They were all delicious!! The mala dishes were really flavorful and well balanced, the fried dishes not greasy, wonderful soup dumplings. Very pleasant and helpful staff, as well. Can't wait to go again!
