I absolutely love this family-owned Chinese restaurant! The food is consistently fresh and flavorful. I usually go for the shrimp broccoli, with white rice, or the shrimp fried rice with chicken wings—these dishes are always spot on.
The lady at the checkout is always courteous and nice. I asked for extra hot sauce, and she delivered it without hesitation—awesome service! Sometimes, the phone service can be a little hit-or-miss, but you’ll always get your order through.
They are very reliable with timing too. If they say the food will be ready in 15 minutes, it’s usually right on time. I definitely recommend eating here or getting takeout for a solid meal. Great local spot that I’ll keep coming back to!

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Was in the mood for dumplings. Never judge a book by its cover is the saying ...place is not much to look at, a couple tables to sit at. All the staff is behind a wall of plexiglass. They are very friendly and welcoming. The dumplings were delicious! Nice dough to meat ratio and very tasty. The sauce was sweet and savory and just added to the dumplings. They do catering as well. They were very busy with take out orders. Glad I stopped in and will try other items when I'm in the area

One of the best Chinese takeout place in Edison. Ordered takeout with them for 4-5 times now, their fried rice never disappointed us, all the meat dishes are full of flavor too. They also have a healthy menu, which is good for my daughter cause she on a diet. Highly recommend New Edison Wok to those looking for tasty Chinese food.

My favorite Chinese food take out if I’m getting Chinese it’s from here. I love this spot and I’m sad I haven’t been able to go in a while as I’m trying to cut salt out. Their half chicken fried rice with hot sauce over the chicken and rice ? it’s heavenly. Their shrimp eggrolls are delicious. The shrimp and lobster sauce is so perfect like if I wasn’t eating low sodium I would come here weekly. They are all very kind as well! Also a ps my fav item ever is the vegetable soup omg I can’t say enough how much I love their vegetable soup! I promise you get the vegetable soup it’s perfection and lovely. I might have to come here soon and take a salt cheat day just to get vegetable soup and some shrimp egg rolls ??

The half chicken is so fresh and tender. This is the only Chinese store. I like to go to glad I moved to Edison . I can finally eat Chinese food is not greasy just right thumbs up five star. only thing is that the egg foo young gravy, needs a little more season.
