Racist young girl. She clearly disrespected the line and our order only because we are brown skin and kept us waiting while served 3 people before us. My kid had ordered a loaf and we had to go and ask for it. And then she didn’t even heat it and just put it in a bag and gave it. With no apology and reaction my child was so sad . She didn’t even ate it and felt so small about this whole event.

The drinks and food are good but the only problem is the employers.There is a girl who works there and she always has some kind of bad attitude. If you ask her a question she will always respond badly and you could feel that there is something bad coming from her.

Joey is a fabulous server. I ordered a green smoothie and inquired about the coconut milk content. She was super creative in creating my smoothie with less fat and truly cared!

When I visit NJ and don’t have my Peet’s Nordstrom Coffee is the closet to Peet’s I’m gonna get. I love you girls working there and you always make my coffee amazing. Some better than others. Joselyn is always on point. However tonight on my 2nd coffee. $17. I caught a little attitude I am not sure why. I didn’t have small bills to tip. Perhaps that was the reason because I always tip. But along with the attitude I got a coffee that wasn’t as perfecto as the one I had an hour before. I am very kind to you guys there’s no reason for attitude. Still love you all though we all have bad days, but as a former mixologist, I left that shhhh at home and always served the best with a smile. But I am also from the older generation where you would get fired for an attitude complaint. So here we are. ?

They did not complete the order correctly. Bad attention, very unfriendly. They do not deliver napkins or sweetener that is placed when preparing the drink, which they did not do either.

Had a scheduled appointment for an Indochino Suit. The manager explained that they cannot fit me and that the appointment should not have been accepted. She continued with multiple explanations along with the offer to schedule me at another Indochino. She continued with explanations of her troubles and I told her that I don’t really care - all I need is an appointment. She went in back and told me the appointment was made for Short Hills and that I would receive confirmation. I waited an hour and went to confirm my appointment. I did learn that Short Hills still had 7pm listed as available- I made my own appointment. Had I trusted her, I would have not been able to be served had someone else booked that to. She played me.

Went here today with my daughter who is expecting a baby. She found an adorable one piece baby outfit that she wanted to buy. She took it to the register and the women asked if she was a member and that only members get the sale price. My daughter replied no but I will pay full price for it then. The women then said that she could not even buy it for full price because she was not a member. She didn’t even ask her if she wanted to become a member. We left with nothing but were in shock by what was said. Will never go to this store again.

The girl with the pink headphones was not helpful at all. Ignoring customers. Only time she became attentive was when a guy showed up to purchase coffee.Another team member had to help me. Everyone was on their phones. Only silver lining was my coffee was good. Overall, customer service needs to be revamp. Hire people who really wants to work.
