Might be the best buffalo pie i ever had. Im a sinner so I added tomato sauce to it too and it was delicious. The best crust too! And I normally don't even eat crusts.

I recently ordered from Oakwood Pizza, and my experience was, unfortunately, a series of disappointments. The delivery was extremely late—over an hour past the expected time—and when I contacted the restaurant to inquire about it, I was met with unhelpful responses and no offer of compensation. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of concern or willingness to make things right was frustrating.
When I escalated the issue to the manager, I was met with a dismissive attitude that only added to my frustration. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the manager was rude and seemed uninterested in resolving the situation.
As for the food itself, while it arrived 35 minutes late and was good, it wasn't enough to redeem the overall experience. In an era where customer service is key, it’s hard to overlook how poorly I was treated, especially when the quality of the meal itself couldn’t compensate for the terrible service.
The positive was the driver who was extremely apologetic, more than the manager I spoke with.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here anytime soon.

To whomever this may concern, I was introduced to this cuisine through a school event however as I attempted to order food, I was greeting with indistinguishable language and morbid diction that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Hopefully, this is not reoccurring within their stand of business, but I wish that they do better to ensure that they are able to maintain the integrity of their business. Honestly, my Home EC class could have made better pizza. Overall, very disappointing experience and I hope you do better in the near future.

Whenever we are in town, we always get pizza from there. I have tried all different kinds of slices, all very good. They always have pizza ready everytime I've stopped there making it very easy to grab and go.

Ordered late on a Saturday night (sorry!!) But food arrived fresh and hot nonetheless. Pizza was good as usual and I got a semolina grilled chicken sandwhich. The sandwhich was a good size and they didn't skimp on the fillings. Still our go to local spot.

I first experienced Oakwood Pizza 28 years ago while working across from Menlo Mall. Food, sandwiches, pizza all outstanding! Always friendly staff. We live in Beachwood now and still pick up our favorite Romano Ranch when the craving hits!
