Food is great... have been coming here for years but with the new management I won't spend any of my money here there's a gentleman who looks like Chris griffin and has a awful attitude, I asked for plastic silverware and he said that's only for people who order take out ? Like honestly what's so hard to give me 1 plastic fork also doesn't pay attention to your order and made me wait an extra 20 mins because he didn't hear me say I needed a large pie to go.... He needs to be fired I know I'm not the only person who agrees that he's an awful employee.

I first experienced Oakwood Pizza 28 years ago while working across from Menlo Mall. Food, sandwiches, pizza all outstanding! Always friendly staff. We live in Beachwood now and still pick up our favorite Romano Ranch when the craving hits!

Seems like service and quality have dropped over the years. My family used to only get pizza here since I was little. They messed up big time, didn't apologize even once. And the lower quality is not worth the compromised service at all.

Oakwood Pizza in Edison NJ has one of the best buffalo chicken pizzas ever. I was absolutely blown away. It is located in a plaza with multiple restaurants and shops, and is definitely a hidden and must visit gem. Great and friendly servers. Quick preparation for take out as well. A bit pricey however worth every penny!

I ordered a leftover bag from an app, but I didn't check to see that they canceled it & that's on me, but it was 9:30pm & I asked about a sub or anything as I delayed dinner for the leftover bag. They didn't seem to care as the guy telling me all that was lying on a table bench seat & couldn't bother to get up to talk to me. So even though their hours say 10pm tonight, they really close a 1/2 hour earlier than their posted hours. So subtract a 1/2 hour across the board if they close early on a Friday! Probably more earlier in the week... Too bad, the previous owner would wouldn't have left me hanging at 9:30pm, he always went out of his way with his customers. Even though I live closer to Oakwood, I guess I'm better off across Woodbridge Twp & get my pizza at Jersey Pizza Boys. Not only do they do Iselin Fair Pizza, but they know how to treat customers...

I've been a loyal Oakwood Pizza customer for over 15 years. We've consistently ordered pizzas and sandwiches from them. Recently, my wife called to place an order for my two sons, but encountered a frustrating situation due to their phone issues. The staff's tone was rude, questioning my wife after three attempts to call to place an order . Despite being long-time customers who spend hundreds of dollars monthly, this experience was unacceptable. Regrettably, we've decided to stop ordering from Oakwood Pizza, and I won't recommend them to othersIf I can give zero stars, I would…. I used to go to Brooklyn boys all the time here in Edison. Ever since they sold to a new owner, everything has changed and we can never go there again So I'm trying this place for the first time today and they did not disappoint. Their pizza is delicious and I will be coming back again.
