I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent experience when placing a business bulk order over the phone. I encountered an unhelpful attitude during the call.
I also recommend that you review and improve your policy regarding business bulk orders to ensure a smoother and more positive experience for customers.

I’ve been to a lot of Indian restaurants, but Pakvaan Desi Spice really stands out. The food is packed with flavor, fresh, and made with real care. You can tell everything is made from the heart — from the soft rotis to the perfectly spiced curries.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but what really made the experience amazing was the service. Huge shoutout to Om and Kalpesh — they were so kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. It’s rare to see that level of hospitality.
If you’re vegetarian or even just love good Indian food, this place is a must-try. I’m already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

Just visited Pakvaan Desi Spice in Edison and honestly… wow. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves all the love.
From the first bite, it felt like I was back home in India. The methi gota was perfectly crisp and full of flavor, just like what my mom used to make. The vada pav and pav bhaji were amazing too—spicy, comforting, and cooked with such authenticity. You can taste the care in every bite.
We also tried their thalis, and they were generous, fresh, and packed with variety. The Punjabi sabzis, warm naan, and all the sides were just perfect. My whole family was so happy—we kept saying how it reminded us of meals we used to have back home.
The staff were super kind and welcoming, and the whole place has this warm, homely vibe. It’s rare to find a spot that feels this real, this connected to the food we grew up with.
Can’t wait to go back. If you’re missing real Indian food, Pakvaan Desi Spice is the place.

Tried this place for the first time. Loved every dish we ordered (methi gota, vada pav, sev puri, sev khamni, buttermilk and rajwadi lassi). The taste was really authentic. I am definitely coming back!

I have only tried Vada Pav here and OMG! This is the best Vada Pav I have had in the US. It is so so close to what you get in Mumbai. I loved it. The pav is so good. The Vada is not too spicy. The size of the portion is perfect. You get 2 in one order. The chutneys are perfect too.

If you're craving authentic Mumbai street food in Edison, look no further than Pakvaan! I came here specifically for the vada pav—and wow, it absolutely lived up to the hype. The pav was soft and fresh, the potato filling was perfectly spiced and crisp on the outside, and the chutneys? Game-changing. You can tell they’re made in-house because the flavor is just next level.
The place has a cozy, no-frills vibe, but the food speaks for itself. I also tried their chai, which paired perfectly with the vada pav. Service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the prices are super reasonable.
This has officially become my go-to spot for Indian snacks in NJ. Highly recommend Pakvaan if you want real flavor and a satisfying bite of home-style Indian street food!
