They made a mistake with my order — I asked for a veg cold sandwich, but they gave me a chicken one. When I called them back, they told me they would give me a replacement sandwich for free on my next visit.
Now the manager, Darius — who wasn’t even there that day — keeps contradicting himself. He claims he’s the only manager, yet his statements don’t match what was said earlier. On top of that, he is extremely rude, which makes the whole experience even worse.
This feels dishonest. They are intentionally messing up orders and refusing to give either a refund or the promised replacement sandwich. They even assured me over the phone that the sandwich would be provided. I strongly advise not going there at all.

On the last three visits, they started messing up the order. Always forget ingredients and upon asking they just sorry and ask if we need it on the side? Really it doesn't make sense to get cold corn on the side like what am I suppose to do with it. Tried contacting the site manager and but still the same.
Will suggest to avoid this location and try going to the woodbridge one (very near to this one) as kitchen staff is active and make sandwiches better and specially they dont forget ingredients.

I had a wonderful experience this afternoon.
I had to get something to eat and get some work done. So I stopped in.
Patrick, the associate who handled my order went above and beyond to make sure I properly got my order.
I would definitely reccomend stopping by for lunch or a study session if you're in the area!

I come here all the time for a wonderful cozy spot to sit and get some work done. The staff is usually polite and the place is kept clean. Steven is a panera team member I’ve seen whenever I come and he’s always super nice and welcoming which makes the experience better.
There’s not too many outlets for work but there are enough

I ordered a you pick two Through the drive-through. The sandwich I ordered was Good but the southwest chicken ranch salad wasn’t. They didn’t have any soft avocados Apparently, so they threw in some rock hard avocados that wasn’t ready yet. I would have rather them told me that they didn’t have that salad then for them to add avocados that wasn’t ready yet. That was very disappointing.

I don’t appreciate spending $20 on lunch to come out hungry and frustrated. Tiny sandwiches. Prep staff understaffed and looking like they’d all rather be somewhere else. I have to fetch the food and bus my table too? Lucky I heard them call our name when the food was ready. Never again.

I went to the drive up window today. I belonged to the sips club so I got my free. Iced Green Tea and because it was my birthday. I got a free kitchen sink cookie which I highly recommend. It's delicious and fresh.
The staff are really friendly. The trash was overflowing, but overall the atmosphere was good to meet with friends. The food is always excellent.

Waited over 10 minutes for a toasted bagel. Stood waiting on a sticky floor where apparently soda had split and it hadn't been cleaned up. Staff looked confused at what they were doing and no hairnets🙁

Ordered a pick 2, soup & salad, at the drive thru. Paid and was told to go to parking spot 1 to wait for my food. I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes. What’s the point of going to the drive thru to get a quick lunch? I could’ve Door Dashed this faster to the parking lot. . They suck
