They are trying their best, but it's not up to par with other locations. They consistently take forever in the mornings, and, at one point, they gave me the wrong order. The drive through person seems very genuine so the effort is there.

This place is so bad they didn’t even know how to make a sandwich thats on the menu. Ordered a grilled chicken avocado blt and it was disgusting and loaded with mayo… MAYO INST EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE INGREDIANT IN THE SANDWICH ON THE MENU and the DRENCHED my sandwhich in mayo with avocado almost threw up when i seen my sandwich DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE you will be dissappointed

The place is empty, tables dirty, no menu's just what's on the board. Pastries are okay Never been here before, won't be returning. If you want a coffee, pastry or soup, great for pick-up. Like a Starbucks. I heard great things about Panera, unfortunately, this place does not do it justice.

Very poor service overall. Delayed orders, mixed up orders, burnt orders when asked for toasted items, soda fountain dispensing wrong drinks. On top of that, the staff seem to think they are doing you a favor when you ask them to fix their mistake! NOT going to this place ever again!

I had a very nice experience in this Branch of Panera , i wanted to try the different soups so Paul went and extra mile and gave me a platter sampler of all the available Soups ,I found that to be very Kind gesture.
So thanks Paul and Also the team here is good Joe and Heather makes an amazing vibe as well .
