I recently visited your store and had a frustrating experience. I ordered a cold brew, was handed an empty cup, and told to fill it myself from a counter that was EMPTY. When I pointed this out, I was sent to the service counter, where another associate was finally asked to fill it. Why was I made to run around for a simple drink? The manager and staff showed no professionalism, and not a single word of apology was offered for the inconvenience. Is this how your stores operate? Clearly, there are no customer service standards in place. This was a disappointing experience, and your team urgently needs training on how to handle basic tasks and treat customers properly. I wrote to the corporate customer care too. I won’t be surprised if no one even bothers to respond. The level of customer service is a joke here.

Darren the team manager is such a friendly and accommodating person! Goes above and beyond. Unfortunately there are no lemon slices anymore at all Panera's, not specifically this one, which is just such a tragic loss. But overall, this Panera is great!

Had a great time ordering with Afif. We joked and he was there for it. Great service. The coffee was out and a gentleman from the back brewed a fresh pot and offered to fill my cup from the pot as it brewed. Amazing service. Great time.
Very friendly atmosphere here. This is a good choice. Panera Bread ? inside very clean. The food was very tasty and delicious! I liked here. The staff were very cultured and friendly. I felt myself inside very comfortable. I will put this store exactly 5 ? ✨.:)

They were out of a breakfast item I ordered so when I went to pick up my order, one of the women working in the back offered to make me something else off the breakfast menu even though it was after the 10:30 cutoff, and then came out to deliver it to me rather than put it on the pickup counter. It's the little things! Plus there are outlets all over the place here if you want to work.

I am disturbed by some of the experiences I've encountered here:Serious Food & Health Safety ConcernI am writing to express my encounter at Cafe #606097 at 8:05PM ET on 4/15/2024. I am a sip club member who was getting lemonade.There was another customer ahead of me dispensing the iced black tea. The customer changed his mind, opened the drink compartment, and POURED the tea back in.This is a serious food and health safety violation. I will also be filing a complaint with the relevant authority in NJ to look further into this matter.There was also another instance in the past where the metal grate underneath that same machine was not secure and fell and clashed on to the ground. Not one employee came to check on or provide assistance in regard to the situation at that time.
