Their bakery items and coffee are perfect together. Jason assistant manager always makes sure that the bakery items are packed properly. He has a pleasant personality for the hospitality industry. Lunch and dinner I ordered online and picked up at the drive-through window. Orders are always correct. Food is always prepared properly and the hospitality from the rest of the staff is always pleasant. I would highly recommend stopping in this store it has a pleasant soundtrack, a great atmosphere and a good experience.. JPE

First time here. Lady gives me a cup with dirt lined on it and more dirt on the bottom. She definitely saw the dirt. I ask her for a new one and she has an attitude. I get my sandwich and it’s two holes on both sides of the bread and it’s a mess, falling apart. Bread was also hard and stale. New chairs are nice though.

I never go to any Panera Bread other than this one. The portion sizes are always amazing compared to others, food tastes amazing and the the service is also awesome. Special thanks to Jason especially. I had received my food a little cold due to it being on the to go area for a while. I called the Panera Bread and talked to Jason, who said that he would be able to make me a new one no problem. Came in the next day and asked him. Had deliciously fresh food In front of me within 6 minutes. Definitely going to keep coming here.

This manager has been harassing us for MONTHS! We’ve been frequenting the Panera at 2700 Woodbridge Ave in Edison, and as regular Sip Club members, we’re there all the time for coffee or soda. But this manager constantly gives us attitude for simply being there. He sits on his laptop doing NOTHING, even while there’s a line of customers waiting to be helped.
The previous manager was so nice and always helped us when we needed it. We’ve been loyal customers since this cafe opened, and we live right next door. This treatment is UNACCEPTABLE!

Quick service and surprisingly clean. There's not an abundant of seating, but there were some empty tables and booths when I came. I ordered coffee and pastries on the kiosk. It's good to know they were making pastries fresh and right then because I saw an almond pastry in their display, but it wasn't on their pastry kiosk options. I put the request for an almond pastry when I ordered a different item and got it! There’s plenty of parking in the nearby parking lot.

I recently visited your store and had a frustrating experience. I ordered a cold brew, was handed an empty cup, and told to fill it myself from a counter that was EMPTY. When I pointed this out, I was sent to the service counter, where another associate was finally asked to fill it. Why was I made to run around for a simple drink? The manager and staff showed no professionalism, and not a single word of apology was offered for the inconvenience. Is this how your stores operate? Clearly, there are no customer service standards in place. This was a disappointing experience, and your team urgently needs training on how to handle basic tasks and treat customers properly. I wrote to the corporate customer care too. I won’t be surprised if no one even bothers to respond. The level of customer service is a joke here.

Darren the team manager is such a friendly and accommodating person! Goes above and beyond. Unfortunately there are no lemon slices anymore at all Panera's, not specifically this one, which is just such a tragic loss. But overall, this Panera is great!
