Our family had an extremely disappointing experience with this Papa John’s location on Sunday, October 19th. My father placed a prepaid delivery order by phone through the Edison branch for a family gathering of over 20 people at the MLK Cricket Ground. Since the park was within the South Plainfield delivery zone, the order was transferred to that store.
The delivery driver called my father once, but when he returned the call just minutes later, the driver claimed to have already taken the order back and refused to return—despite several people being present at the park. When my father later contacted the stores, both the Edison and South Plainfield staff were rude and unhelpful. Individuals identifying themselves as “Rupender” and “Vikas” claimed to be managers, but corporate later confirmed that no such manager named Vikas works at the South Plainfield location.
Both men refused to issue a refund, hung up multiple times, and handled the situation with complete disrespect. It’s unacceptable for a well-known company like Papa John’s to allow such unprofessional and dishonest behavior. My father deserves both a full refund and a sincere apology for the poor service and treatment he received.

My pizza was very little slices was bite sized definitely not even, there was plastic in my pizza and they refuse to answer my call because they don’t want to refund me!!! Do not eat here they make the worst pizza I rather eat at dominos

Always reliable, kind, and great value pizza.
Only small feedback I have is pretty pls have some plates; I could never get them out of more that dozen times I ordered here.
FYI I only do takeouts, and I always check inside of the box before exiting the store. Never any issues.

I ordered two chocolate chip cookies over the phone after seeing the price listed as $6.99 each on their website. When I arrived, they tried to charge me $9 each. I showed them the price on their website, but they refused to honor it. On top of that, the staff had a very bad attitude. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism. I give them one star.

Very bad service, please go to other locations don’t ever come to this location. This is the first time i tried this location, employees are rude and they will just say “we are just working here and do whatever they want”. At least other locations doesn’t charge you for seasoning or red papper. This guys are charging $1 each for pack. I wont suggest to go here.

worst pizza of my life, and worst service by rude and unprofessional staff. ordered thin crust, and they totally destroyed it, tipped them on-line, don’t even give you crushed peppers with the pizza. Never going back to this hole in the wall

This Papa johns stinks and not a good service at all not a professional at all, don't think about hygienic it's not at all hygienic because they don't even wear the gloves while making. If there is the option for zero star rating I would have given zero star
