This is an easy appetizer for thanksgiving and was a hit with the family we got the mustard chocolate cinnamon and cheese spreads and they all went. We got a tray of rivets and the family loved them.

It's fine. I wish they were open later, and sometimes the pretzels are stale

Fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious! We ordered both the pretzel dog platter and a big tray of regular rivets for our party, and everyone loved them. The pretzels were perfectly warm and chewy with just the right amount of salt—so good you can eat them on their own or dip them in cheese.
The Edison team made everything easy. They confirmed the order quickly, had it ready right on time, and the staff was friendly and welcoming when we picked up.
Whether it’s a birthday party, football game, or just a family snack night, Philly Pretzel Factory – Edison is our go-to spot for fresh pretzels and rivets. Highly recommend!

Ordered for 11am, picked up at 11:30. Large rivet Tray full of what seemed like yesterday’s pretzels ; not fresh at all. I would know because i have ordered several times in past. Staff blamed me for being a half hour late. They were willing to give me a new tray but would have had to wait ten minutes. Shop full of young kids, no adult professional in sight. Would have been better off going in same day expecting to wait for a fresh tray and not pre ordering on app. Feel like old rivets got pawned off on me. Of note I did not pre tip on app Disappointing to see the decline in customer service.

Went to buy pretzels as walk in 20 pretzels for Super Bowl party. Didn’t want a try or party pack. Stood in line for 10 min. Got to counter ordered and was told not excepting walk in orders. While the display was FULL of loose pretzels. Terrible customer service! Do better

Talk about dropping the ball! For some reason on Super Bowl Sunday a decision was made not to accept online orders. So instead of the company having pre-paid orders and know when they need to get them in the oven, they only took walk-in orders. The staff was overwhelmed, and after waiting up to an hour for our orders, customers were frustrated and aggravated waiting outside on a rainy winter day. This should have been a no walk-in day and the staff and supplies would have been ready. D minus.

The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was really good! I very pleased with the atmosphere inside the restaurant. It was warm, clean and had a beautiful pretzel decoration for the new year! The staff was very kind and friendly, they smiled throughout the interaction and we felt welcomed.I got the pretzel dog and it was honestly awesome. I would come back just for that. The prices are also very reasonable. We got a pretzel, a cinnamon rivet shaker, pretzel rivet shaker, pretzel dog and a cheese sauce for 13 dollars and some change.Had a wonderful time, do recommend.

Went to pick up a pretzel order for my job. While waiting, I decided to try their cheesesteak pretzel bites and the sausage pretzel. The cheesesteak pretzel bites were horrible ?. That first bite was like taking a spoonful of salt. The cheesesteak itself was not a good flavor at all. The best thing about my purchase was the sausage pretzel. That was actually way better than I thought it would be. I was thinking it would be close to Auntie Anne's, not at all. It actually has Auntie Anne's beat. That would be my purchase recommendation overall.
