was looking forward to try this since my friend came here and said it was good. honestly not great... we had high hopes since it looked like the pho stores in dallas. the pho had legit no spice flavors. it didn't even taste beefy if anything it tasted sour... i tasted no star anise, cloves, ginger - idk it was just weird... just wasn't a fan of the pho at all. beef balls were good though. i also tried the pho ga - and i legit pointed to the picture and said i want this (what looked like chicken with skin, kinda like chinese boiled chicken) but when i got it it was just like chicken breast slices... like super false advertising... i would not have gotten it if it was that. i specifically said i want this picture and asked if the pho ga really looked like this and she said yes... it's not what i got and the soup completely lacked salt. it was very bland and needed seasoning. we also ordered a viet iced coffee and that was the only thing i liked! so much so that i ordered 2 and then the second one i got was just not good?! like how ?! like i just ordered it and how could it be so different... one was nicely done with enough sugar and coffee ratio, the other one was straight up so dark and had no milk or condensed milk. the inconsistency is just a turn off for me. we also ordered a banh coun, but oh it never came? like we sat there for way too long and we assumed they forgot so we didn't even bother telling them and just paid and left. they must've completely forgot because it wasn't on the bill but like how you miss a whole order and it wasn't even busy. only 2 other tables...

My favorite pho! Happy friendly atmosphere. Clean and comfortable. Delicious broth simmered for 16+ hours. Collagen, it's good for you in so many ways. No MSG, a big plus since many places use it to mask their bland flavor. Shakes were delicious as well. Owners were so humble, kind and sincere. Very happy with our food and experience, will be back here often!

I came here with my family & it was our first Pho experience. The place was spotless and the owner was very nice and helped us choose our dishes, which were all delicious. We liked it so much we ordered more for takeout. I highly recommend the chicken noodle Pho & Pho Times in general. Support small businesses and check them out ?

An authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Goi Cuon was excellent. The Pho Dac Biet or special pho was good and tasty. I would return if ever in the area. Prices were reasonable.

My favorite location for tasty Vietnamese food. Arrived at five, it wasn't busy. I'll return with my friends. The bill was good for how much you get.

I’ve worked at many Vietnamese restaurants and fell I love with the food. However this location has dropped the bar completely. I ordered a bahn mi dac biet and it came with no pate or aïoli. It’s was so dry that I threw it away after 3 bites. Never again and I work across the street. If your looking for great eats go to hen’a Vietnamese eatery. By far the beat Vietnamese food I’ve had in jersey and philly!

I’ve come here for events and now and again for my own meals if I’m craving specific dishes. The pho is pretty delicious, but I’m always there for the rice and vermicelli noodle dishes. A favorite of mine3 ‘Shaking Beef’ a juicy, cubed beef marinated dish filled with vegetables and a nice steaming bed of rice. I like the place for its simple interior, clean and nothing too glaring.

Excellent Pho spot. Honestly, being in Edison, there are many good pho spots however this one is the best overall due to quality and price point. $8.50 for big bowl of chicken pho at lunch, can't be that. Service was extremely friendly as well. Cannot wait to come back and try some other items on the menu.

Thank you my yelp friends for leaving high remarks that caught my attention for this local Vietnamese restaurant. Might I say it is the best eatery for authentic Vietnamese food in Edison, NJ and it's nearby townships?! Trust me, I've gone to many and I mean many Vietnamese restaurants so I would know haha. I had family visiting on Sunday noon so I decided to take my family here for lunch and overall, the food and service were awesome. The restaurant is located in a strip shopping and eatery area and yes, there's parking. Upon entering, our family were greeted by a smiling staff who brought us to our seats with menus and our hot teas. In minutes, our food arrived and let's just say everyone was stuffing their faces. Food was really good. The grilled pork and chicken was seasoned perfectly and very tasty almost addictive lol. My mom enjoyed her big bowl of bun bo hue, which is spicy beef noodle soup. Their banh mi was crispy bread and meat/veggies stuffed in the inside. I liked their served choice of vermicelli noodles that are a bit thicker and round shaped. There's not many Vietnamese restaurant that serves this type of noodle and yes, it does make a difference in taste. Overall, what a delightful lunch! We noticed the lunch special sign but it was only for weekdays so guess who will be back ordering lunch on a weekday?! There's karaoke nights too so oh yeah, I'll be back!!!

The staff is friendly, place is clean, had plenty of tables, and the food tasted good. Too bad the you can't eat their desserts since its winter, which I found disappointing. I also asked for iced water, but they gave us a few of tiny ice cubes, which melted so quickly. Overall, Pho Times is a good Vietnamese place!
