The meat selection was not very good. They have the cheapest of the cheap cuts. Your teeth need to be made of steel to chew some of their meats. Cucumber salad was good and service was good

My family visited on this tuesday and had impressive experience in real korean style buffet. The variety of selection, and we loved being able to pick our own meats. Everything was delicious. The servers were exceptionally attentive and friendly. lettuce’s wrap was really good.

I’d start off my review by saying I recommend staying away from this place.

The ambiance is weird. The place seems like a prison/school cafeteria. There’s no decorations. It isn’t vibrant inside. It’s very bland. It’s extremely basic. It doesn’t seem very welcoming.

The food is mediocre at best. The buffet style option is also different and weird.
There are a few options for meats, and then a lot of sides and some salad options or whatever that third section was. Issue is, all the sides were lukewarm (basically cold). The rice options - vegetable fried rice and kimchi fried rice - weren’t good. The meat options are pretty slim and basic. The brisket is extremely fatty - like 75-80% fat, 20-25% lean. There were some good options but far and few in between. The sauces are also lacking. There are like 5 options with other containers for salt, cilantro, onion, etc.

Service is also basically non existent. They just walk around grabbing plates. As stated, it’s a buffet style. You grab your own everything with the exception of galbi and some select other things.

The drinks are all can drinks.

At the point of $40/person, this place is 110% not worth it. K Pot is cheaper and better. You also get both hot pot and bbq for less, not just bbq. Butcher360 is better - better quality meat, better taste, better sides, and everything is actually hot.

Save your money and don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere.

Parking: The parking lot for H Mart is always terrible. It’s always packed.

This was our first time eating here and me and my friends would definitely not recommend anyone to come here the meat was not fresh and very hard to chew ambiance is boring we didn’t expect this branch to be like this because we ate at the one in new york and it was okay and food was good. For the price that we pay it’s not worth it and we’ll never come back we didn’t enjoy anything the food looks like it was served since yesterday and serve it again today the meat also has smell that you can tell the meat was no longer advisable to eat. If you’re looking for kbbq style restaurant make sure do your research first because this place had this good reviews but the quality isn’t there. If you don’t want your money to go on waste don’t go to this restaurant.

Came here for lunch and was not a fan and won't be visiting again because comparing the price to what you get is not even close to reasonable. The price is $39.9 for adults. Yes, there is a decent amount of choices, but overall, it was lacking in multiple areas. Especially in quality of meats which is must important in a korean bbq spot.

Most of the meats were dry and chewy even if it was cooked to medium rare. The only good one was the pork. They also have sides, and they were average / below average.

The hostess was friendly, and the staff were kind and attentive to our table and water. Overall, not a great location.

The best Korean barbecue in all of NJ. Have been to several others in the area and none of them give as much bang for you buck. Staff is always on point and perfectly know when you need something or when to let you enjoy. Always will be my favorite spot.

A nice korean BBQ restaurant!I haven’t expected for the quality of meat in a AYCE restaurant, but I can feel how much effort the owner paid.Nice beef, also ribeye and sirloin in this price!!Great pork, the pork in America usually have a bad smelling, but the pork here tastes good, even not worse than 흑돼지 in Korea,Also the instine is good, nice marinaded! The pork skin (껍데기) still have the smells, but it should be understood that chef have did a great job already.(하지만 이거는 어쩔 수 없어요, 사장님 최선을 다하겠습니다! 잘 했습니다!)Also chicken and other marinated beef and pork are good (a little bit sweet than a traditional Korean bbq, but Americans must like it!)And of course the kimchi is great, also made by themselves! The owner is a Korean couple~ very nice people ! Nice service! Great experience !But it’s a pity that signboard is not obvious, maybe customers have no idea open or not.每個用心作餐飲的人們都值得被鼓勵及推薦!사장님 장사 대박 나세요!

This place is worth the price I believe. I love that it is buffet style and it is a Korean barbecue. Their meat section for the Korean barbecue was delicious. It isn’t overly crowded which I’m actually shocked about because the service is good and the atmosphere was way better in my opinion in comparison to the Happy Lamb Hot Pot that is in the same complex. This place also had a clean appearance as well and it was neat. I definitely recommend eating here and trying it out. I think the good service made the experience as well as the food.

Picnic Garden BBQ in Edison presents a buffet-style dining experience featuring an array of specialty meats like Kalbi, Rib Eye Steak, Lettuce Wraps, Korean Bacon, Marinated Beef Ribs, and Bulgogi—all included in the buffet. During a recent dinner visit, I found the overall experience to be satisfactory, falling somewhere in between the best and the worst. The restaurant boasts a spacious interior with ample tables, and the buffet includes not only a variety of meats but also pre-made appetizers. An interesting twist is that diners get to cook everything themselves. While the service was noteworthy, there is room for improvement in elevating the overall quality of the food offerings.
