I call in an order for my mom for cheese sticks and i always emphasize many times to put no seasoning because it is an allergy. every single time i come to pick it up it has seasoning. it’s so frustrating because i emphasize it so much. this needs to stop happening

We got a free pizza offer through T-Mobile and decided to try Pizza Hut for pickup. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The pizza tasted amazing — we really loved it! It is a bit more expensive compared to Domino’s, so we don’t buy it as often, but overall it was a great experience and worth it for the taste. 🍕

I work a customer service job, i know how frustrating it can get. I get treated very poorly by people 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The last thing i want to experience is being treated the same way outside of work. When i went to pick up the pizza, the worker didn't greet me. Instead, the very first thing he said was name in a raised and annoyed sounding voice. It really didn't sit well with me, especially after having to have to deal with it all day at my job. The food was good though which is why it's getting 2 stars.

Made an order online. Selected the option to leave at the door. I get a call and a voicemail that says I have to call back in order to confirm the order. I call back in 2 mins and the guy says I canceled your order because you shouldn’t leave on porch someone will steal it. Huh? I have never had an order stolen, also if you don’t want that option selected don’t allow it. I ordered on Uber Eats after, they left it on my porch. My order did not get stolen but my time was wasted dealing with the stupidness.

There's a Pizza Hut near me that I go to once a week. For the most part, it's very good. But the school I work at is in Highland Park which is right next to Edison and this PH.
Every time I've been in this PH, the pizza is just great! Never overcooked. It comes out right every, single time! I was just in there on 9/4. I'm sure THIS PH is the best one in the whole country! And yes, I HAVE been all over the country! Lived in L.A twice. Been to Seattle. San Fran. Phoenix. Miami. Texas. Lived in Maryland 16 years. I even stopped at a PH north of Milwaukee when I drove from Chicago to Minneapolis in a blizzard in January 1999. It was the only place open. Plus I've driven cross-country 3 times. Been to a lot of Pizza Huts but Edison is tops!
Keep up the good work! Your store needs to be used as a training store for the whole country! Extremely impressed!
I had such an amazing experience at the Pizza Hut on Route 27 in Edison, and it was all thanks to Sarah! She was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect.
But the real highlight? The food! The pizza she made was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had—crispy crust, perfectly balanced sauce, and toppings cooked just right. And the garlic bread… OMG, it was on another level! Buttery, flavorful, and baked to perfection—it honestly blew me away.
Sarah’s attention to detail and passion for making sure customers are happy really shows in the quality of the food and service. She turned a regular meal into a memorable experience. If you’re heading to this Pizza Hut, I definitely recommend asking for Sarah—she’ll make sure you leave happy and full!
