First time going to this location food is old,cold & thrown in the bag to the point it was everywhere. waste of money.

I went through the drive though. When I got home I noticed you forgot part of my order. When I tried to call the store no one answered. You know when you are excited for something, decide to treat yourself and you don’t get it after a long day of work, 🙁.

You need to get your shit together and start using index finger at the kiosk.

I have been coming to this mall for 10 plus years and ever since this restaurant opened the service has been horrible. The people that work there are super unprofessional, rude, and they take forever to acknowledge people in line. I have been in line with literally only one person in front of me and once i got helped they ran out of chicken. This place needs a reboot and a whole change of staff, and to top everything off their customer service sucks!

First and last time. Love Popeye’s been to ones all over Jersey. This spot, tables were filthy. Food was cold. Only person putting any effort was one staff member taking the orders then changing the garbage. Management was too busy on FaceTime. Hard pass don’t waste your money.

Where's the love? I can honestly say I was excited about this popeyes opening so close to my home. We are loyal, lol. However, for just being opened for a little over a week. I am extremely disappointed. The first order I dismissed due to the fact it was late in the evening. My husband picked up the order so I made the assumption that perhaps the lateness had something to do with the substandard quality. BUT, I placed an order yesterday and I couldn't wait to be proven wrong. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I went in to pick up my order and something felt off. The atmosphere felt dim. It was surprisingly dirty. Didn't yall just open? And once again, I received cold food that wasn't fresh. This breaks my heart. I took this so personal, I applied to work here part time just to put my two sense into making this location what I know its meant to be. After all, we're neighbors now ;-)

I order to be delivered with Uber eats
Took one hour to get to me the bag was ripped and one order of French fries was missing.
Now i ask:
Was possible the delivery person was so hungry and eat my fries and hope for me no notice?
I guess I never will found out because after all most 45 minutes trying to get someone on the phone i quit.
Mister drive I hope you enjoy my fries but if you run to the bathroom all night long think about me .

The lady at the counter was super rude and she kept us waiting for an online order for an hour , which was supposed to be delivered in 10-15 minutes. Instead of being polite she started throwing attitude on asking about the time.The hospitality industry is not for everyone i guess!
