Not a very refined dessert. Something you can whip up easily at home and make it much more delicious.
Had a strawberry shortcake cup...very disappointing. Supermarket level. It's just a heavy handed cream (no special flavor or even sugar), layered with chopped strawberries and very wet cake bits, that didn't even taste fresh. They had that off soured berry taste.
Very expensive for what this is.
Horrible service ?

Food is great and the place is decorated very cute! Their milk teas and tea sandwiches in particular are delicious. Service was a little slow though, and you want to double check your bill when it arrives

They are so close to hitting it out of the park... They need to tweak a couple of things.
They nailed the atmosphere! Love the decor, the seating, and the music. Please don't change it.
The food was good. We ordered the Afternoon Tea for 3. A little pricey ($95), but if some things were changed, it would be well worth it. The desserts are very good. The savory finger sandwiches were okay.
The tea is delicious! Picking your special tea is a plus! You get your individual tea pot as well. It's set on a pot warmer. Great touch!
The CUSTOMER SERVICE was very lacking and unenthusiastic. Our server seemed like he hated his job. He did up the ac for us, which we were thankful for.
If a tea cart was used, or even a tray, as opposed to his arms hand carrying things, it would've been a nice touch. Beautiful setting, plates, tea sets, and the pretty 3 tier server. But our forks did not match the rest of the set. It looked like old kitchen forks, and one of my tines was bent a little.
As soon as we walked in we could hear the kids (3-5 y/o) screaming, playing, running around their table and the oblivious mom's talking loudly over their kids to drown out their sound was so disruptive to the other customers. Their table was not addressed by the staff, and we were glad they left by the time we were on our second cup of tea.
I want to come here again and try the a la carte menu, it looks delicious. I will also come for tea again.
Overall, we had a good experience, but it could've been GREAT and it wasn't.
PRINCE TEA HOUSE- You have the potential to be a "must go-to" venue if you improve some details. The customer service leaves much to be desired. Hire staff that will add to the experience and not take away from it.

such a cute place! we got a fruity tea (don't remember exactly which one) as well as the mango crepe cake and the coconut panna cota.. All of it was delicious, but the mango cake was a bit to tart for me. The place is really cute but we might have gone at a weird time because it was strangely empty and felt a bit awkward. Otherwise it's a beautiful location!

Very good authentic Chinese tea with all kinds is deserts! Music is kind of too low and lights are kind of too bright.

I was so excited to find this tea house because I've been looking for a place this in the area for a long time. The exterior is a bit underwhelming, but don't let this be a deterrent. Once inside, you'll find a well designed tea house with hours that cater to everyone.
This is a place for customers who enjoy the tea experience instead of your regular coffee shop that offers a small selection of teas.
The menu is a bit hard to read, but with some help from the server, I ordered the rose milk tea, which came in a beautiful teapot with warmer and cup that has a serving for two people.
It was very tasty. It was not too sweet yet creamy with just enough rose flavor to balance everything. The atmosphere is wonderful to sit and enjoy your tea. However, there was a loud group of girls for a birthday who minimized the experience a bit. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be returning for some tea.

What a delightful place! Did nor know this existed but so glad it's part of my go to tea rooms. They have a regular menu if you don't want to do tea. The cold beverages [teas] are delicious. The atmosphere is comfortable. Plenty of parking. And everything reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

We just had a full dinner but I wanted to try desserts at least since we're in the area.
Desserts: we like them all!!
1. Purple Yam Mille Crepe Cake
2. Green Tea Mille Crepe Cake
- LOVE it except for the very bitter green powder
3. New York Style Cheesecake
4. Potted Milk Tea
Service: nothing much to say.... Other than taking our orders and bringing them out, nothing else...
It's a small yet cute place to have tea and desserts with friends. Make sure to dress up for photos.

We went to the tea house in a non-busy day so we can relax and enjoy our afternoon time. Everything was perfect except the New York style cheesecake had a little bit of fridge smell. Video credits to my family member.

STAY AWAY FROM EDISON BRANCH! I’ve order a couple of times from Princeton branch and it’s way better. If you like afternoon tea style and have a car please I’m begging you to go to Princeton one. I ordered the same thing from both Edison & Princeton- scone & Katsu Chicken sandwich.
Scones- IT IS NOT SCONE at Edison. It is COOKIES! No layer at all and it is dry. It come with clotted cream and jam. Jam seems from the supermarket instead of homemade because it’s more solid and sweet which I can understand. But I tried the one in Princeton, not sure if they did the jam themselves it is way better. It tastes just like homemade.
Katsu Chicken Sandwich- chick is fine. Nothing to complain. But the bread and the way they put it together? It’s hard to start with. Princeton branch makes it easy to take a bite.
I mean if you want to do afternoon tea with all the fancy styles you should present it in a more elegant way. However, Edison branch only shows the cheapness. I’m disappointed with this location. I never been to other locations besides Edison & Princeton but imagining if ppl come to Edison and get this kind of food wouldn’t they be disappointed at the brand?
Anyway, I’ll still order from Princeton. I really really recommend their scones and the clotted cream & jam. Try it then you will know why Edison one does so bad.

Went here for dessert after dinner. It was nice and quiet. The place is clean and staff are attentive. The place is really cute. Was there with my friend and trying to catch up with each other. Really like their Rose Milk Tea and their panna cotta. Tried their durian crepe cake and it's saa good. Had a light flavor of durian, not too over powering. Did enjoy my experience there.
Parking: In a strip mall so there is free parking

I understand the cutesy quaint aesthetic but I had a few issues with presentation. I got the rose milk tea in the tea pot but it kept leaking and spilling. So not only is it ruining the table, but I’m missing out on my favorite tea. The ice cream puff dessert was overall yummy but it melted really fast. I think it’s overpriced for the gimmick but they have a wider variety of dessert than most places. The staff felt a bit standoffish. I’m not sure if I felt a warm atmosphere at this place.
Nice and quiet .
