We reserved a room for a private party of about 8-9 people for a birthday. The experience was so nice. The employee who attended us seemed like they were alone in the tea house but they were so nice and helpful. Everything was brought out in a timely manner. Excellent customer service a quality of desserts and tea. I would definitely come back here.

In the day and age when everybody's always in a rush, and sometimes you don't even connect with the people that are around you, a tea house is exactly what the doctor ordered. They have many different blends of tea, and you can get a pot of tea and just sit there and relax and talk to a friend or sit there and relax by yourself, and they have other very interesting offerings, including a Sukiyaki steak sandwich that is really good and some amazing crepe cakes, there is definitely a good smattering of food items as well as a vast array of T's and some coffees, and you can get your tea or coffee different ways as well, give this place a try it definitely is a unique experience that many people are missing out on in this day and age, it's not a cookie cutter business, and I believe that's what we need more than ever.

Went for a lunch date with my wife and the afternoon tea for 2 was so good. Our tea was really good and the food was delicious. We also got a chicken katsu sandwich and that was so good too.

Really cute place, tasty tea, tasty and adorable little cakes/sandwiches/pastries. Scones with clotted cream steals the show. Couldn't be happier from an afternoon tea place, would make London proud.

Such a cute place for a girls' day out! The afternoon tea was delicious! The food was great and the tea was too. As other reviewers recommended, try the rose milk tea - it's sooo good! We went on a Sunday at 11:30am and were surprised it wasn't busy. The servers were attentive. We'll definitely be back!

Worst bubble tea ever we the bubbles were not tasting fresh and the bubble tea slush was just ice and water barely any juice in ur two more almost 20 it was ridiculous
