Loved that it had a private section to host a surprise sprinkle! The lavender tea and tiramisu were my favorites!

This place only gets a one star because the food and drinks. Service? H O R R I B L E. They completely disregarded us, we were sitting for an hour for our waiter to return but I guess they left for the day because he never returned back. They did not seem to know how to work the system and sadly a language barrier was also at play. It would have been nice to be acknowledged but getting someones attention was difficult. It was so bad that We could have left, not paid and they wouldn’t have realized. We had left to had a smoke break, returned and they didnt even notice or realize who we were. They sure had wasted no time to rush to our seats to go clean it though like we were an “inconvenience” to them. I wouldnt recommend this place even to my worst enemies. ?

If you want to go to take nice Instagram photos, then this is the place for you. The tea was okay, the food was basic nothing to rave about. The desserts are more picturesque than tasteful. The ordering process is not as clear. I was there for a bridal party and the area was not ready for us at the time it was requested. I think this place could benefit from having training on providing service to larger parties, like providing substantial napkins or pitchers of water for the table, taking dirty plates to make space available at the table, etc. The waiters do not communicate with one another as I witnessed a couple being asked, 4 times, if they were waiting to be seated. Nonetheless, I think this place has potential if they can fix some of the issues.

Had a cappuccino and dessert. It was delicious, and the ambience is super chic chill! Perfect spot to chill with your friends or a date

I've gone here periodically over the past year, even celebrating a friend's bday here, and I've enjoyed the experience. The ambiance is cute and fun and gives complete high tea vibes. I highly recommend going here for the bubble tea crepe cake and the durian crepe cake - super fresh, delicious, and worth the price. The service is mediocre and the teas are overpriced but you are paying more for the experience.

I'm disappointed with the service at this Edison location. Despite being one of the first customers, I've waited over an hour for my food, and the afternoon tea for two, promised in 10 minutes, is still not ready after one and a half hours. Meanwhile, other tables are already enjoying their orders. It feels like my daughters and I are being ignored by the staffs. Good food is important, but without good chef & service, a store won't last long. I hope the company takes note of this issue. Additionally, I don't recommend the afternoon tea set at this location as they don't seem to know how to prepare traditional items like cucumber sandwiches and scones. The foods on the bottom layer of the tea tower is a joke. The scones on the 2nd layer looked like scone baked went wrong. The deserts on the top layer is ok. To spend $65 afternoon tea for two at this location is a shame and scam. I also ordered lollipop shrimp and octopus takoyaki. Takoyahi is cold but lollipop is ok. The afternoon tea tower is horrible.

The place is nicely decorated, modern and comfortable. Wish there is more than one common bathroom, line is long and nowhere to wait.5 of us ordered 5 drinks and 3 desserts total. Desserts ordered were correct, however, 3 of the drinks were wrong. It was messed up even after we reordered. We gave up. Service is terrible!!The hot tea came in a nice pot, but where is tea leave or tea bag. I had the Scandinavia organic detox. Nothing something I would recommend. The mango milk tea has no mango, nothing like the picture. The desserts were average, feels like store bought and lots of food coloring and artificial flavors.Definitely overpriced, poor service and mediocre quality.

I enjoyed the Fried squid tails and twister fries appetizers and the Prince Passion fruit tea. The Katsu chicken entree sandwich was overcooked and had really big end piece tomato slices. Mille Feuille could have been more flavorful and had fresher fruit. I would definitely return for the appetizers and tea. And would like to try out other entrees and desserts.

Very cute atmosphere and dishes. There's many choices for tea. The desserts not only look delicious but are! A bit pricey but it was a nice experience. Service was very quick and was sat immediately during lunch time on a weekend.

I really liked this location. It was my first time at a tea house and the tea did not disappoint. It was the highlight. When you first enter you’ll notice the flowers on the walls, tables, etc. and the cleanliness of the place. The host was really nice and seated us.We got an afternoon tea for two.The Rose Lover Milk Tea was delicious, I do remember recommend it.The finger sandwiches were alright 4/5The biscuits are a 5/5 they were so good!!!!!The mini deserts were a 4.5/5 they were very yummy. And it really doesn’t seem like a lot of food but it was! We were so stuffed mid way. I even ordered the octopus takoyaki (which was very soft with big chunks of octopus) and it was delicious but I couldn’t finish it.I would definitely love to go there again. The atmosphere was so relaxing, it made me feel like a royal. The cups and pots were also very beautiful to look at.
