Had a great experience and dinner at Q'ero! The staff was friendly and attentive. Piero was an amazing waiter. The dishes were creative and had great flavor. The trio ceviche was phenomenal and the pork belly barriguita was out of this world. I wanted to drink the citrus passion fruit sauce right out of the bowl! Each dish was beautifully plated on stoneware. What a special and hidden treasure in Edison. Can't wait to go back
Had high expectations going into this restaurant... And they were ALL met!
From the Mock-tails all the way to the lady with the super warm smile handing out Peruvian candy as we left... IT WAS AWESOME!
The ceviche trio was amazing. It was a flight of fresh, traditional to citrus/sweet to spicy. Loved it. Will try that again ... And share less 🤠.
We had the salmon and lobster ravioli. The sauces on BOTH dishes left us...

The atmosphere is beautiful. We got seated pretty quickly on a Saturday night for a table of 3.
I do not remember the dish names, but they were all delicious. The drink I got was also good. Not too sweet and not too strong.
Service was on point as well. Our server as well as the other servers, were checking on the table frequently.
