The food was really good. Well prepared, the host that service our table was great, she attended to all our requests and made sure we were comfortable. It's a really nice restaurant for kids but not to the very little like 3 amd under because they might get scare once the animal simulation begins.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome to the restaurant its a really nice ambiance for them

This is a place suitable for taking children to eat. You can watch animals while eating. The gift shop at the door is also very attractive to children.

If you’re looking to try a new restaurant in the NJ area, take my advice and take your money elsewhere. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I would. My family, friends and I were out in NJ for a trip from MA. Means we drove out 3 hours and were very excited to try out this place since everyone claimed it was “great”. We made a reservation for 8PM. For starters, we waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated… no big issue there. We get to our seats, get seated, ordered drinks and an appetizer. Drinks came out pretty quickly but the appetizer took pretty long.. which is understandable because it was pretty busy for a Friday night. The alcohol beverages weren’t even alcohol beverages, it was more runned down juice, waste of money. We then ordered our food which took extremely long to come out. Wait, it gets even better. We asked the employee in the front to inform our waitress that their was a birthday guest at our table and we would like to put in for a birthday dessert… meaning ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A SURPRISE. Towards the end, the birthday guest had no idea we put in a request for a surprise dessert, so without him having any knowledge, he went and requested a dessert. The waitress, who let’s not forget, was extremely rude from the beginning, continued to ask the birthday guest why would he want a different dessert if someone from our table asked to put in a dessert for him for his birthday. Um???? Instead of just getting the dessert, she made a big deal about it. Not only was she rude about it, she ruined the surprise. The birthday guest said never mind to the dessert we requested for him and asked that he get a different one instead. The waiter decided to go out back and complain to the shift manager who in fact had a DISGUSTING attitude. This manager approached our table, which there was 3 kids seated, and decided to fuel up an argument because we decided to change the dessert. We tried to explain to him nicely that the birthday guest did not want the first option anymore and to just switch it to the second option. We also explained to him that the waiter ruined a birthday surprise and we were not interested in the first dessert option anymore. He then continued to argue with us about the dessert, continued to harass us about the dessert, and started a big argument in front of the entire restaurant. At this point, we were willing to just pay for both of the desserts and go home, instead this manager got in our faces, screaming, threatening, all in front of children. The manager was acting like we were going to get up and not pay our tab since he decided to harass us about that too. We ended up leaving the restaurant after the argument to avoid any further altercations. We then called into the restaurant to speak with the manager to talk about the situation and he told us over the phone to show up to his home address to handle it in person if we felt that the situation was that much of a big deal????????I mean.. if you want to keep having managers like this run the shifts at your restaurants then by all means go ahead. Not only did the manager and waiter ruin our entire experience at the restaurant, they ruined the entire trip to NJ with this one bad experience. If you want to waste your money, then go else where. This place is NO WHERE near worth it. $220 wasted.

Made a reservation for 8pm had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even came up to seat us once seated from the time we ordered our food waiter another 30 minutes before we got our food the alcohol beverage all tasted like juice as if no alcohol was added and the steak was over cooked manager was extremely rude and when we tried to call back to speak to different manger to talk about the Issue he asked if i wanted his home address to further escalate the issue I can go to his house which was very rude and outrageous for so called manger to give such a response

The food is decent. The service sucked! The guy acted as though we were bpthering him when asking questions and reminding him when he forgot things like the frog cups. But hey we only traveled 3.5 hours! Its cool. We still tipped him 20% and left knowing we qont be back. How we rate the foodRasta pasta- 8 creamy sauceFish tacos- 6 since my son and I are allergic to shellfish he only had the option of grilled since the batter is shared with shrimp, but they didnt give him the sauce so it was literally just fish and tortilla. He said no pico or cabbage and it camr put dry.Chicken fried chicken- 10 the chickn was seasoned and fried to perfection BUT the sides were nothing I enjoyed. I had carribean rice and mashed potatoes.Chicken basket- 10 nothing to say except good job!Ambiance- well we were in a rainforest eating food!

My kids thoroughly enjoy eating here. The decor is really fun and they really can't wait for the animals to start moving again. Service at this location was very good.
